It’s completely baffling that there will be five people standing behind the counter and only one person servicing customers at a rate of two every 30 minutes. What’s more is impossible to believe is that there’s an absolute lack of care staff have of your time. It took me 35 minutes of waiting to pick up an envelope easily could’ve been fit into my mailbox.
K	Keunhee Cho on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unbelievably rude. I went there to take money from Western Union. Staff couldn’t understand English which is fine for me. But she put my name wrong and blamed my nationality. She kept insisting that I’m North Korean (Korea Democratic) and she said she can’t find Republic of Korea. I told her that she might put wrong name from the first place and wrote her down which one is first name and the last name but she just ignored. She kept saying something in Czech and started yelling at my face. 1 star is too much for your service.

Trying to call the post office by 3 different numbers, impossible. . . . Just received a call back from the lady, that was super nice and said that she was doing other jobs and apparently she is the one managing all 3 numbers. Hope that Ceska Posta will help that emlpoyee, by developing better systems and hiring more staff.
