★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozná otevírací doba - věčně zavřeno :/ doručují každou desátou zásilku, pro zbytek se musí jít na věčně zavřenou poštu.
 Terrible opening hours - forever closed: / they deliver every tenth consignment, for the rest they have to go to the forever closed post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jedna z nejhorsich post v Praze. V Sobotu maji zavreno. Tri dny v tydnu maji otevreno jen do 16:00...a nakonec si udelaji poledni pauzu mezi 12-13. Doruceni posty take hrozne! Porad se meni dorucovatele. Rozvoz baliku take - nejdrive dostanete sms ze nejste k zastizeni a az nasledujici den vyzvu.. HRUZA! Na poste jsou fronty pres cely den!
One of the worst posts in Prague. They are closed on Saturdays. Three days a week they are only open until 16:00 ... and finally I take a lunch break between 12-13. Posts delivered too terrible! The order is changing delivery. Delivery of the package also - first you will receive an SMS that you are not available and I will call the next day .. HORROR! There are queues for the post all day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pošta v Praze - ať přijdete, kdy přijdete, mají vždy buď:
a) frontu přes půl chodníku
b) hodinovou polední přestávku
c) zavřeno
d) současně a+b nebo a+c
Personál je obvykle normální, ale část zákazníků se k přepážce stejně ani nedostane, protože ve frontě zemřou stářím.
The worst post office in Prague - no matter when you come, they always have either:
a) queue across half the sidewalk
b) an hour-long lunch break
c) closed
d) at the same time a + b or a + c
The staff is usually normal, but some customers still don't get to the counter because they will die of old age in the queue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude people and useless. I had to deal with a few of the employees who didn't even know that the census paper forms were collected and delivered at the post offices so they didnt even provide it. Also, they didnt speak English which is fine but the way they dealt with the situation was very impolite and unprofessional. Worst experience ever.
