Z 5 zásilek mi 3 byli opravdu doručeny kdy ve 2 pripadech doručovatel volal předem, čehož si moc cením. Snad to takhle půjde i nadále. Velké mínus je otevírací doba a pořadový systém na pobočce. Ale celkově začíná být vidět že Česká Pošta dělá kroky správným směrem. Originál 2020 Naprosto otřesný přístup a "doručování" (nebo spíše nedoručování). Za posledních šest let co si pamatuji ani jednou mi balík nebyl doručen a v posledních dvou letech se přestali obtěžovat i s vhazovat lístků do chránky. Tudíž musím chodit na Poštu v přibližný den doručení a nebo pracně zjišťovat podací číslo, což u zásilek ze zahraničný jde velice špatně (zásilek ze zahraničí které Česká Pošta podle paní za přepážkou nedoručuje). Bonus: Česká Pošta mou zásilku (hrazenou předem) vydala úplně jinému člověku a zase naopak mě vydali jeho výpis z penzijního spoření. Neschopnost a neochota na nejvyšší úrovni. Z nějakého důvodu, doručovatel(ka) nemůže zazvonit na můj zvonek a předat mi psaní, i když jsem doma a zvonek funguje a na to psaní čekám. A pobočka není o moc lepší. Je třeba se obrnit proti zbytečnému čekání. Zpravidla funguje jen zlomek z dostupných překážek. Naposledy jsem si tu šel na Czech Point registrovat živnost. Czech Point sice funguje na dvou nebo třech přepážkách, které si mě mezi sebou předávaly tak dlouho, až jsem skončil u jediné paní, která věděla, jak ten registrační formulář odeslat živnostenskému úřadu. Paní úřednice jsou lidsky s pořádku a snaží se, ale to prostředí by asi zlomilo každého z nás. This is the closest post office to my home, so I come here regularly for shipments. J	Jan Machek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pobočka co znám, paní (HU) za přepážkou protivná, když se ohradíte ,tak úmyslně napočítá vyšší cenu zásilky. Naštěstí jsou na této poště i jiné a milé dámy. Nikdy zde neberou telefony. The worst branch I know, Mrs. (HU) behind the counter is annoying, when you fence, it will intentionally calculate the higher price of the shipment. T	Tashi Erml on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vždy, když navštívím nějakou hrozbou pobočku České pošty, říkám si, že už to nemůže být horší. Zde jsem byl poprvé a rozhodně i naposledy. Tak strašný přístup jsem snad nikdy nezažil. Jsou pobočky pošty, kde se alespoň snaží a v rámci možností jsou na zákazníky slušní. Zde to vypadalo, jako by to bylo personálu úplně jedno. Nevadí mi, jak se chovali ke mě, ale jak jednají s těmi všemi důchodci, kteří sem chodí pro důchod nebo řešit jiné věci. Příšerné. Whenever I visit a branch of Czech Post with a threat, I think it can't be any worse. I was here for the first time and certainly the last. I have never experienced such a terrible attitude. There are branches of the post office, where they at least try and are as good as possible for customers. Here it seemed as if it didn't matter to the staff. I don't mind how they treated me, but how they treat those retirees who come here to retire or deal with other things. Terrible.
H	Hanka Kuklišová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zatím jsem měla asi celkem štěstí na zaměstnance, většinou nikdo nepříjemný nebyl. Jen jsou pomalejší.... Hodnotím tedy jen Czechpoint, jiné služby nevyužívám.
S	Soňa Šmorancová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kdo nenavštívil tuto pobočku Čeké pošty, nejspíše neuvěří, jaký je zde přístup k zákazníkům. Paní za přepážkou jsou neuvěřitelně nepříjemné, neochotné, arogantní a samozřejmě velmi chytré a důležité. Velmi lituji místních důchodců, kteří na tuto pobočku chodí řešit záležitosti. Takový přístup je alarmující. Paní pracující na této pobočce by vůbec neměli jednat s lidmi. Such an approach is alarming. The lady working at this branch should not deal with people at all.
O	OD Norwood on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After reading the reviews I expected this to be a challenge being that I only speak English and I probably wouldn't get the package anytime soon. Surprisingly it went very smooth, no long line and the lady behind the counter was actually pleasant. Luckily I obtained parking close to the Post Office, otherwise expect to walk a bit if parking is not available nearby. This package arrived in country on 15 April 2019, today is 30 April 2019, it's been a long wait getting cleared through customs. International customs was 864,00 Czech Crowns for an item with a value of $125.00 US dollars, seemed like a bit much but I guess it's to be expected. I don't think I will ever have anything shipped via Ceska Posta again, the process takes entirely too long. My experience at the Post Office was good, however the process once an item arrives in country needs to be upgraded, it's entirely too slow.
