Škoda, že si dobrá půlka obyvatelstva vůbec neuvědomuje co to všechno je za práci, honění, nestíhání apod. aby každý dostal tu svoji zásilku. Zvlášť v případech, že si stěžují a přitom nemají ani správně zadanou adresu. Absolute satisfaction for me. Everything was as good as it was and I was really surprised. It is a shame that a good half of the population does not even know what it is all about work, hunting, shooting, etc., so that everyone gets their shipment. Especially if they complain, and they do not even have a correct address.

Also, if you don't speak at least a bit of Czech, don't go there! I went there really frustrated after not receiving a package for over 2months. During this time, the online tracking said it's there. However, I went there with a positive attitude and limited Czech knowledge. The old lady at the entrance called someone who explained to me they don't have the package and I need to file a complaint. I communicated that to the old lady, who personally escorted me to another office. There, I was handed over the tracking document from the post office that stated the package left the center 2months ago for delivery, so the complaint should be done/handled by the post office where I live. Even without enough Czech, I had a positive experience (I still don't have the package, but I know where to go).
