★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried calling, line dies after 16 minutes. Emailed, no response, went to the local post office who sent an internal email to them. Nothing. I don't know what to do. My package is stuck there for a month now.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was sent packages from india , its almost 2 months now . I think i will go back to india now , hopefully when i arrive from india in another 3 months hopefully they would deliver it atleast then. Great service !! Would definitely count on them everytime .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My package took 2 days to go from Canada to Prague and then it spent 14 days at Czech post...no response to email, no response to phone. Drove to Prague in person to investigate. Was told I have to wait for it to be cleared and sent to the address... This was a very confusing and frustrating experience. I suppose I'll open my Christmas presents in the new year..... 0 stars out of 5. Good luck if you have to deal them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My parcel took 3 days to get from the UK to the Czech republic, then it sat here for a month with no tracking updates before they sent the declaration forms to the addressee to fill in. These were emailed back to them immediately and then nothing happened for another one month. In total it was stuck here for 2 months before my Christmas present for my mum was finally delivered on 10 February... And guess what, they charged a storage fee for every single day the parcel was sitting here. Clever, aren't they?
