My package is staying there for two months. It was supposed to be Christmas gifts from my parents. They don't pick up the phone and no answer for my emails. I went there personally two weeks ago and they said I should still wait. I really don't understand what is going on. Terrible.

It seems the posta has found some nice way to make easy money with the help of the customs: any parcel coming from outside of EU is intercepted and then a fee of minimum 10€ is required for the procedure. And don't think that for this price you will get any work done: most of the time you will have to pay the VAT again (since most of the websites add the taxes already in the final price). Ridiculous.

would've given 0 stars if i could, been calling there past three days after my package is stuck there since beginning of the month with absolutely no follow up after filling out customs form. if u read this and u work there ur mothers dead on god

Update: just counted the days and the Christmas package i sent to my family has been held hostage at this post office for 45 days!!!!!! What the hell for??! My sister tried calling for 2 days (8hrs in one day) with no answer. When she physically went there before Christmas they told her the package is there but they won’t give it to her until she fills out a mountain of paperwork. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR RUINING MY FAMILY’s CHRISTMAS!!!! My little nephew had covid and i wanted to make him feel better :-(! The suckiest service ever with rude and arrogant employees-i DO NOT RECOMMEND using this place at all!

I am in the U.K and this office has had my friend's parcel from 21/12/2021. I sent 3 parcels all at the same time. Why are they holding this one hostage? It is now 28/01/2022 ... this is terrible and has made me very upset and angry. They have no right to do this! This is theft!

They stoled my goods from Switzerland. Arrived January 2022, missing since, nobody takes responsibility, post blames customs blames post, either way, my 5000 euros in goods are gone. Thank you Cech Customs!!!

My parcel took 3 days to get from the UK to the Czech republic, then it sat here for a month with no tracking updates before they sent the declaration forms to the addressee to fill in. These were emailed back to them immediately and then nothing happened for another one month. In total it was stuck here for 2 months before my Christmas present for my mum was finally delivered on 10 February... And guess what, they charged a storage fee for every single day the parcel was sitting here. Clever, aren't they?

I was afraid at first with all the negative feedback…. BUT, things have change. My first experience there is very nice. The staffs are friendly and helpful especially the tall guy (sorry I didn’t ask for his name). I got all the information I need and I cannot wait for my package to arrive. You can set the date for the package to arrive.. just email to the post office. =] P.S. being angry doesn’t help you anything. You are just making your life and the Ceska Post Employees life more complicated. Be patient and remember, the employee just do their job and they have their protocols…
