★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel se musím přidat se zkušeností, že tahle společnost je naprostá katastrofa. E-shop, do kterého jsem vracela balíček, spolupracuje s touto společností, takže jsem neměla na výběr. Kurýr měl vyzvednout balíček - sice přijel v avizovaném čase, ovšem čas byl avizován půl hodiny předem, v době, kdy jsem v práci 15 km daleko, takže pro mě bylo nemožné balíček předat. Nutno podotknout, že tu půlhodinu jsem strávila marnou snahou o změnu času nebo místa vyzvednutí - infolinka je naprosto k ničemu, protože ať už zvolíte jakoukoli volbu, vždy Vás odkáže na webové stránky a hovor sama ukončí (navíc žádná z voleb neřeší Váš problém). Žádné spojení s operátorem nelze realizovat, chatbot na stránkách je též automat, který je k ničemu, žádný kontakt na řidiče neobdržíte, a neobdržíte ani informaci, že balíček můžete odevzdat na depu (které je ovšem někde úplně v p*****, kam se bez auta ani nedá dostat).
Dávám dvě hvězdy za doručování balíčků - sice to bylo složité s komunikací, ale pokaždé byly nakonec v pořádku doručeny ?
 Unfortunately, I have to add to the experience that this company is a complete disaster. The e-shop to which I returned the package works with this company, so I had no choice. The courier had to pick up the package - although he arrived at the announced time, but the time was announced half an hour in advance, when I was at work 15 km away, so it was impossible for me to hand over the package. It should be noted that I spent that half hour trying in vain to change the time or place of collection - the infoline is completely useless, because whatever option you choose, it will always refer you to the website and end the call itself (moreover, none of the options solves your problem). No connection with the operator can be made, the chatbot on the site is also a vending machine, which is useless, you will not receive any contact for the driver, nor will you receive information that you can deliver the package at the depot (which is, however, somewhere completely in *****, where you can't even get without a car).
I give two stars for the delivery of packages - although it was difficult to communicate, but each time they were finally delivered ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I use to work at Modletice depot for about 5 years. I worked as interdependent contractor (general parcel delivery guy) not an employee. General parcel manager (Geis employee) was really hard on us. For every single package what we return (usually personal address because there was wrong telephone # or no number at all) we got penalize. Even tho that wasn't our mistake. Thats correct not driver fault. They just simply dont care.
Every new manager (they usually last 6 months to an year ) bring own people from other company (usually PPL or DPD) and it was getting worse and more abusive.
They treated drives as dirt, because drivers are just on bottom right?!?
If MANAGERS DONT CARE DRIVERS DONT CARE. Thats why hard working drivers (some of them working for company 10+ years) leaving, and you costumers getting crappy service.
That was 8 years ago, so it might be better these days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service representative. Slow delivery. Late delivery and overall the worst delivery service possible in the country. It’s really sad that this company is even in business. I spoke wit the service rep on the phone she was unhelpful and rude. A package shipping from Prague took 6 days to deliver in Prague! 6 days! I would be better off picking it up the store myself. Your company is a total waste go end it!
