★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Měl jsem zájem o likvidaci vozidla ,ale způsob , jakým se mnou dotyčný na telefonu zametl , ( asi jsem ho vyrušil od něčeho důležitého) jsem už dlouho nezažil ! Arogantní , nepříjemný ,tak jsem poděkoval s omluvou , že jsem si asi spletl firmu a vůz nechal zlikvidovat jinde . Telefonní operátor této firmy je fakt na úrovni ! :-(
 I was interested in disposing of the vehicle, but I haven't experienced the way in which the person in question swept me on the phone (I probably disturbed him from something important) for a long time! Arrogant, unpleasant, so I thanked with an apology that I probably mistaken the company and had the car destroyed elsewhere. The telephone operator of this company is really up to standard! :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Otřesná komunikace, arogantní chování, slibují peníze za vozidlo, což je uvedeno i na stránkách, ale domluvenou částku nezaplatí a navíc se ještě pán nestyděl vyhrožovat. Radím se této povedené firmě obloukem vyhnout. Vozidlo bylo samozřejmě kompletní, což mám potvrzeno protokolem o převzetí autovraku. Tato recenze není anonymní, jak píšete, nad recenzí je moje jméno a příjmení. S nikým s této firmy již já nijak komunikovat nebudu, snažil jsem se o rozumnou domluvu telefonicky a poté e-mailem, avšak neúspěšně. Na e-mail, který jsem psal 18.12. 2020 se nikdo neobtěžoval do dnešního dne odpovědět. Pokud nepřijde domluvená částka za vozidlo na účet uvedený v e-mailu do konce příštího týdne, předám celou záležitost příslušným institucím k vyřešení.

This review is not anonymous, as you write, above the review is my name and surname. I will no longer communicate with anyone from this company, I tried to reach a reasonable agreement by phone and then by e-mail, but without success. To the e-mail I wrote on 18.12. 2020, no one has bothered to answer to this day. If the agreed amount for the vehicle does not reach the account specified in the e-mail by the end of next week, I will forward the whole matter to the relevant institutions for resolution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Po přečtení některých recenzí jsem měl docela obavy tam vůbec jet. Ale komunikace vynikající, osobní jednání na jedničku, co jsem potřeboval,to jsem si odvezl. Naprostá spokojenost. Můžu doporučit.
After reading some reviews, I was quite worried about going there at all. But the communication was excellent, the personal meeting I needed was the one I needed. Absolute satisfaction. I can recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji toto vrakoviště, arogantně obsluha už do telefonu, na místě ještě horší. Čekáte na objednaný díl, pak vám řeknou že už ho nesou ale už vám ho nikdo nepředá. Vlastně ani nevíte že ten díl co se válí venku je pro vás, nemají problém stím dát vám poškozený díl a když ho chcete vyměnit opět veliká arogance. Prodávají díky bez papíru, pokud ho chcete musíte si připlatit za DPH, potom vás dík bude stát jako by jste koupili nový. Další je bezpečnost na parkovišti, aua stojí na discích stačí trošku zabrat při demontáži dílů a auto na vás spadne.
I do not recommend this scrapyard, arrogantly the service already on the phone, in place even worse. You are waiting for the ordered part, then they will tell you that they are already carrying it but nobody will pass it to you. Actually, you don't even know that the part that is rolling outside is for you, they have no problem with giving you a damaged part and when you want to replace it again great arrogance. They sell thanks without paper, if you want it you have to pay extra for VAT, then thank you will cost as if you bought a new one. Next is the safety in the parking lot, and it stands on the discs just take a little while removing the parts and the car falls on you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tady si hodně lidí stěžuje, ale já byl spokojen. Po nehodě jsme potřebovali odvézt a zlikvidovat vozidlo. Stačil jeden telefonát, za hodinu a půl přijeli, naložili odjeli. Přesně ta služba, kterou jsem potřebovat. Takže za mě super.
A lot of people complain here, but I was satisfied. After the accident, we needed to take away and destroy the vehicle. Just one phone call, in an hour and a half they arrived, loaded and left. Exactly the service I need. So great for me.
