O	Ondřej Veselý on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprosto otresny přístup. Dalo by se mluvit o absenci lidskosti, kdy oddělení absolutně nekomunikuji mezi sebou a dávají protichůdné informace. Vzal jsem si dovolenou v práci, abych 2 hodiny čekal na něco, co se vůbec nevyřešilo, tleskam! Absolutely shocking approach. One could talk about the absence of humanity, when departments absolutely do not communicate with each other and give conflicting information. I took a vacation at work to wait for 2 hours for something that didn't work out at all, applauding!

Otevírací časy neodpovídají poptávce zákazníků. Člověk tam čeká 2 hodiny a stejně se na něj nedostane řada. Bohužel problém byrokracie v našem státu. Toto by mělo být trestné jednání a poženu to výše. Nenechám si to líbit. Absolute dissatisfaction. I'm on the verge of fury right now. I have never experienced this in my life. Employees absolutely unprofessional and customer support 0. Opening hours do not correspond to customer demand. One waits there for 2 hours and it still doesn't get my turn. Unfortunately, the problem of bureaucracy in our state. This should be a crime and I will push it higher. I won't like it.

I was registering today because of the EORI number and I can only recommend :-) everything was handled quickly, the lady was very nice, thumbs up for me ?

Česká pošta, hlavně tedy ta celní, to je ostuda národa!!!! Divím se, že pod palbou těchto špatných recenzí a naštvaných zákazníků ještě fungujete. Pokud máte problém s lidmi tak stačí nabrat více zaměstnanců nebo brigádníků, když si za vše účtujete peníze. Ale je zřejmé, že šetříte na těch nejhorších možných místech! Waste!! I have shipments from abroad at the post office for 2 months !!! No response to emails and phones! The worst shipping company there is. The Czech Post, especially the customs one, is a disgrace to the nation !!!! I'm surprised you're still working under the fire of these bad reviews and angry customers. If you have a problem with people, all you have to do is hire more employees or temporary workers when you charge money for everything. But obviously you are saving in the worst possible places!

Ale Česká pošta má jednu hvězdu za neskutečně dlouhé čekání na balíky ze zahraničí! Dva měsíce, žádná míra! They were very nice to me at this branch. They have 5 stars because they rate this particular place. But the Czech Post has one star for the incredibly long waiting for packages from abroad! Two months, no rate!
K	Katarzyna Lewandowska on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutně nefungující úřad v České Republice. 2 moje balíky jsou na skladě skoro měsíc a půl. Byla jsem tam před měsícem a pošta byla zavřena kvůli covidu. Paní v přepážce řekla ať už na postu nechodím a čekám na balík doma. Zeptala jsem jak dlouho a ona odpověděla ze neví. Nelze se dovolat na zákaznický servis, jednou se mi povedlo a paní řekla ze nic neví a pomoct z balíky nemůže ze je sama na zákaznické lince a to nezvládá. Opravdu hezky servis. Možná ze balíky dostanu za par měsíců…… Absolutely non-functioning office in the Czech Republic. 2 of my packages have been in stock for almost a month and a half. I was there a month ago and the post office was closed because of the covid. The lady at the counter said that I should not go to the post and wait for the package at home. I asked how long and she answered out of ignorance. You can't call customer service, once I succeeded and the lady said she didn't know anything and can't help from the packages because she's alone on the customer line and she can't. Really nice service. Maybe I'll get the packages in a few months ……
