M	May04bwu on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Už toho mám opravdu dost. Neustále se mění otevírací doba a vrcholem všeho je, že otevírací doba neodpovídá době na výzvě k vyzvednutí zásilky. Spadám pod tuto poštu, přestože to sem mám poměrně daleko, a takovéto zacházení mě už opravdu nebaví. Otevírací doba od 8 do 16:00? Pro koho? Kdo si, kromě lidí v důchodu, může v této době dojít na poštu? Pro koho je tato služba, kterou reálně nemá možnost využít většina populace? Asi nejlepší zážitek z této pobočky jsem měla tehdy, když mi pošťačka ven na pultík po dvoutisícovkách vykládala 50 000 Kč s dlouhou frontou za mými zády. Ano, opravdu děkuji, byla to moc příjemná cesta domů. Krom toho pošťáci často nezvoní, strkají balíky ve dveřích cizím osobám a jeden k nám domu chodí opakovaně opilý tak, že to na chodbě smrdí ještě následující hodinu! Zbytečná ztráta státních peněz. Post office on official days (Monday / Wednesday) from 10:00 to 18:00, on a normal day until 16:00. Plus, you never know when she'll change it again.

P	Ponysher KS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ "Výborná" zkušenost s Českou poštou. Ani na jedno telefonní číslo se člověk nedovolá. Balík do ruky, který měl být doručený včera samozřejmě doručený nebyl. Na této příslušné pobočce pošty balík ještě předán také nebyl. Na relevantní depo, které tedy s balíkem dělá nevím co se samozřejmě také nedovoláte. Edit: Balík na poště prý opravdu je. Potvrzeno na osmém telefonním čísle na které jsem volal. Prý byl již balík naskenován do systému a určitě ho již převzali. Na Na pobočku pošty se samozřejmě stále nedá dovolat. Po fyzické návštěvy pobočky potvrdili, že balík mají, ale nemají ho v systému. To by mě tedy zajímalo, v kolika "systémech" balík musí být. Vydání balíku odmítnuto. Škoda, že nejde dát 0 hvězdiček. I am new in Prague so I don’t really speak Czech.(although I am learning at the moment. )But the ladies here are always willing to make some extra effort to help. Great professional friendly customer service. Děkuji moc.

Since Covid opening hours are limited, everybody seems to be here in the am hours just before door opening so go around lunch time (watch for lunch break).

The staff are as friendly and helpful as they can be, despite none of them speaking English. As we're living in this country, it's fair to learn how they do things. And they will do things differently. So just google it.
