★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nemůžu si stěžovat. Díky bohu odbourali vnucovaní všeho možného (pojištění, losy apod.). Bývám odbavená do 10 minut. Někdy se to sekne, ale většinou není problém. Za přepážkou jsou všichni milí.
Pán co nám vozí balíky je suprový!!!! Už dlouho jsem tak milého pana pošťáka nezažila. Paní co nosí dopisy už tak skvělá není, ale dá se :)
 I can not complain. Thank God they broke down the imposition of everything (insurance, lottery, etc.). I check in within 10 minutes. Sometimes it cuts, but mostly it's not a problem. Everyone is nice behind the counter.
The lord who brings us packages is great !!!! I haven't experienced such a nice postman in a long time. The lady who wears the letters is not so great anymore, but you can :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem neměl šanci ovlivnit jakou firmou mi bude poslán balík z Německa. První zkušenost s touto pobočkou skončila balíkem vráceným odesílateli. Nikdo nezvonil (celé dny jsem doma), žádný telefon nebo SMS, žádné upozornění ve schránce. Díky, že držíte jako firma standard…stále špatný.
Unfortunately, I did not have a chance to influence which company the package from Germany will be sent to me. The first experience with this branch ended with a package returned to the sender. No one rang (I've been home all day), no phone or text message, no inbox notification. Thanks for keeping the standard as a company… still bad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pošťák ani nezná ulice a tak nám dává do schránky dopisy které patří úplně jinam. Když to chci telefonicky reklamovat tak se dozvím že linka je zpoplatněna. Super, budu to házet do popelnice. Chudáci lidé. Po 30letech od revoluce úžasný pokrok u této státní firmy.
Dnes jsme byli doma, nikdo nezvonil a ve schránce lístek pro převzetí zásilky na poště.
U téhle firmy je zaměstnanec více než ředitel.
I obyčejný pošťák si dělá co se mu zachce.
The postman doesn't even know the street, so he puts letters in our mailbox that belong completely differently. If I want to complain about it by phone, I will find out that the line is charged. Great, I'll throw it in the trash. Poor people. After 30 years since the revolution, amazing progress at this state-owned company.
Today we were at home, no one rang and there was a ticket in the mailbox for receiving the shipment at the post office.
An employee of this company has more than a director.
Even an ordinary postman does what he wants.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There were long queues every time I came here to pick up a consignment. The interface of the machine giving out tickets for the queue confuses more than it helps. The order in which the clients are served is completely incomprehensible.
