Když nejsem doma, strčí doručovatel oznámení někam do plotu (doručovací schránku mám u silnice dole ve vesnici), odkud ho odnese vítr, vyplaví voda, nebo někdo odnese. Prý nemá klíče od schránky, která patří české poště. Nejedná se pouze o mou zkušenost. A catastrophic authority that does not bother to deliver a notice of deposit. When I'm not at home, the delivery man shoves a notice somewhere in the fence (my delivery box is near the road down in the village), where it is taken away by the wind, washed away by water, or someone is taken away. He says he has no keys to the mailbox that belongs to Czech Post. It is not just my experience.
M	Marie Kováříková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opakovaně se mi děje, že malé balíčky pokládají pošťačky na plot/keř vedle schránky, nebo jinde okolo, mnohem lepší by bylo alespoň vhodit lístek, ať si dojdu na poštu, nejednou se mi proto zmokl a kvůli tomu rozmočil/zplesnivěl obsah balíčku. Některé ani nedorazily, předpokládám, že to byly opět tyto nevhodně zanechané v okolí schránky. Doporučuji si nic neobjednávat domů! It happens to me repeatedly that small packages are placed by postmen on a fence / shrub next to a box or elsewhere, it would be much better to at least throw in a ticket to get to the post office, so it often got wet and soaked / molten the contents of the package. Some didn't even arrive, I suppose it was again those inappropriately left around the mailbox. I recommend not ordering anything at home!

Zjistila jsem že moji zásilku posílají zpět, že jsem nebyla zastižena (když jsem celou dobu byla nemocná a doma) ani nepřišlo nic, abych si šla zásilku vyzvednout. Takže, Česká pošto děkuju mockrát. Probably the worst branch of the Czech Post that exists. I found out that my shipment was being sent back, that I had not been caught (when I was sick all the time and at home) or that nothing came to pick up the shipment. So, Czech Post, thank you very much.
T	Tomáš Malimánek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na samotné poště vždy bez problému, ochotný a milý přístup pracovnic u okénka. Co se doručování týče, to je zlo. Opakovaně se mi stalo, že jsem přes celý den domov neopustil a i přes to se mi ve schránce objevilo, že mám balík na poště, neb mě nemohli doma zastihnout. Asi trochu lenost dojet až na kraj vesnice... At the post office always without a problem, helpful and nice approach of the staff at the window. As for delivery, it is evil. It happened to me repeatedly that I did not leave home all day and despite that I found in the box that I had a package at the post office, because they could not reach me at home. Probably a little laziness to get to the edge of the village ...

Opakovaně se stalo to, že jsem doma čekala na balíček a všechna okna v domě jsem měla otevřená dokořán, aby bylo jasné, že jsem doma, ale stejně mi byla do schránky vhozena výzva, protože mě "nemohli ma adrese zastihnout". In the post office, ladies are kind and helpful, but the delivery service is the opposite. It happened repeatedly that I was waiting for a package at home and all the windows in my house were open wide to make it clear that I was at home, but I was still prompted in the mailbox because they "couldn't reach me".

Vždyť sami musíte číst všechny ty komentáře jak nikdo s tím není spokojený. Mohli byste zavolat když dorucujete balík a je tam uvedeno číslo jako to má zavedené PPL nebo DPD. Ušetřili byste tak čas a energii sami sobě a nám taky. Prosím o zlepšení těchto služeb v zájmu všech Vašich klientů. At the post office the service is perfect but please could you do something about delivering the package. After all, you have to read all those comments as no one is satisfied with it. You could call when you deliver a package and it has a number like it has in place PPL or DPD. This would save you time and energy for yourself and us. Please improve these services in the interest of all your clients.

Dříve, i když jsem byla celý den doma, našla jsem ve schránce papír, že si mám vyzvednout zásilku na poště. Doručovatelé se ani neobtěžovali zazvonit. V posledních letech, když chodí oznamovací SMS, že ten den budou doručovat balík a já jsem doma a vyhlížím z okna, se doručovatelé ani neobtěžují sem zajet, zřejmě nezajíždějí do části obce jako takové a balíky rovnou vysypou na poště. Pak přijde SMS, že se jim zásilku "nepodařilo" doručit! V oznamovací SMS je telefon na řidiče, který samozřejmě nezvedá. Na poště to také nikdo nezvedá. Nechápu tu aroganci! Parcel delivery is tragic. Rather, NON-DELIVERY. Earlier, even though I was at home all day, I found a piece of paper in my mailbox that I should pick up the shipment at the post office. The deliverers didn't even bother to ring the bell. In recent years, when there is a notification SMS that they will deliver the package that day and I am at home and looking out the window, the delivery people do not even bother to come here, they probably do not come to the part of the village as such and pour the packages straight at the post office. Then an SMS arrives that they "failed" to deliver the shipment! In the notification SMS there is a phone for the driver, which of course does not answer. Nobody can do it at the post office either. I don't understand arrogance!

They were unable to do it and gave me incorrect information. I went to the ‘obec’ and they did it in 5 minutes, I needed a verified signature again from Czech Point and again they were not able to do it and told me I need to go to the obec, I’m sorry but if you have Czech Point shouldn’t you be able to carry out the necessary functions?? Also they have their own schedule, outside it says they open from 8-18 but this is almost never the case as some days they open at 10, other days at 11. Complete joke of a post office…
