Terrible. Expecting a package on Monday, they did not even try to deliver. Client support said for wrong phone number, so we corrected it. On Tuesday I texted the driver (through their tracking website) my phone number again just to be sure. No reply, no call and no delivery. So immediately called the client support again ask them what's going on. The girl gave me the driver's phone number, so I called him, but no reply, so sent SMS and no reply either. So still on Tuesday I emailed the client support again - no reply until Wednesday. Wednesday morning checked my email and found choose a delivery day. So I called them again to ensure Wednesday will be the delivery day. So now (it's still Wednesday) and I see the planned delivery day is Thursday. What is going on with this service?

This delivery company is by far the worst in Czechia and that takes a lot!! The drivers falsely claim ‘wrong address’ or the latest reason to not deliver a parcel was ‘driveway or entrance blocked’ for these false reasons within a day or two the parcel is returned to the sender. Once a driver from DPD handed my parcel to my neighbor without even notifying me about it!! Their call line is fully automated so they just send you to their website. Please companies DONT USE DPD for shipping !! UPS is a better option.

Delay Post Delivery (DPD) There is zero real customer support and the entire process is 100 percent on their terms. Prepare to lose your hair if you are at their mercy and need a delivery yesterday. It will arrive next week. :D Statements of Agreed Delivery are just to buy them time, and legitimate the delay. Also, if your delivery should be days near any public holiday the delay will be especially delayed.

I have been waiting for a delivery for a week, they decided that the address was wtong but never think of giving a call to check. Fine. After a few days they finally changed the delivery address and found that it was marked as "out for delivery" on the tracking page. When I checked again 2 days later it said delivered the day before. As I did not received it, I called their phone and the operator (in English) told me she would inquire about it. Then I got an email saying the parvel had been picked up in person. I called again and the same operator told me she would check again what had happened. This was Thursday lunchtime. Never heard back. Tried to call again on Friday morning, but the operator this time said she could only speak Czech. I can only supposed the parcel was STOLEN by one EMPLOYEE as it seema it never left the deposit. Abysmal service, and useless customer support. Would love to be proven wrong. I very much doubt it. Will have to go to the police now because they are not even decent enough to admit they made the mistake of "delivering" to the wrong person and taking action to compensate me so I can buy new winter clothes.

Appalling service. Delivery is postponed each day for no reason, and it's already weeks late. Emails go unreturned and a phone call yielded the promise of a delivery yesterday, which never occurred. It seems I'll have to retrieve the package from the depot myself now. The package contains presents and decorations for my daughter's birthday, which was 3 days ago. DPD, if you're reading this, the package # is 09446795818941 UPDATE AFTER DPD's REPLY: My husband was at home all day on Nov. 4 and 5; no delivery was attempted. The doorbell did not ring. (I did receive a phone call that day but was teaching a gymnazium lesson so could not answer.) I changed the address to my workplace on Nov. 8 because my husband could no longer stay home all day waiting for the package. I was promised repeatedly the package would be delivered and it was not. It wasn't until I posted this public review that the package was delivered and an apology was issued. I now have it, 6 days after my daughter's birthday. I'd ordered the goods 4 weeks early to ensure they'd arrive on time. Thank you for the apology and for the delivery - but please communicate better with customers and honour your commitments.

Strongly do not recommend. DPD has a system problem: some pickup places do not handle oversized or overweight packages, but as a Customer I have no chance to know about it (neither if such limit exists or what size or what weight), when selecting a pickup place. And when it happens, DPD just does not deliver it. I even double checked with pickup site, they did not refuse anything that day. The only option DPD gives you, is to travel yourself to their delivery depot, which is obviously not very close. I tried to raise a claim to eventually re-deliver or change the pickup place. No, answer is, the only option is to pickup at their depot. What a great Customer service! So, the only option left from my side was to cancel the order. Hopefully the sender will re-send it, this time not using DPD. The package is a little over 1m long and ~4kg, what I learned. DPD: 13885011169051

The worst delivery service in Europe. I sent the package to Spain through eurosender who in turn passed my delivery to DPD who then passed my packages to SEUR Spain. They "lost" the packages in Barcelona, ALL Customer services for all 3 Companies have not replied to my inquiries, they asked me for parcel number countless times and probably they will do it again in the reply to my comment but only for others to think they actually care. They don't. I am filling complaint with Czech and European authorities. The packages have returned to Czech Republic in the worst shape possible.. ripped and opened and with missing items. The delivery man didn't even helped me carry them to the first floor because he was in a "hurry". This will not end here, I will not stop until me and my friend who was supposed to receive the packages will get justice!

Not Recommended. Avoid using their services if you do online shopping in Czech Republic. I paid 380 CZK for delivery, but ended up driving 50 km to their depo to get my package, because they kept postponing the delivery and I had to stay at home waiting for the delivery two days. Guys, people have life and plans. Have some respect to your retail customers !
