★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10. 2 měl doručit pošťák mé 87 leté skoro nechodící babičce donést důchod. Bohužel důchod se někde ztratil , když šla druhý den s plnou mocí dcera babičky vyzvednout prohledala se půlka pošty a záhy se důchod našel. Jenže ho dceři s plnou mocí nedali. Takže nemohoucí babička se musí vypravit na poštu není to poprvé!!!!!
 10. 2 was to be delivered by a postman to my 87-year-old almost non-walking grandmother to bring a pension. Unfortunately, the pension was lost somewhere when the next day, with her full power, her grandmother's daughter picked up half the mail, and the pension was soon found. But the daughters did not give it to him with a power of attorney. So the helpless grandmother has to go to the post office this is not the first time !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na této poště jsem za celou dobu, co žiji na Petřinách již byl několikrát. Nevzpomínám si, že by něco, co bych potřeboval nebylo vyřízené. Ne vždy se na Vás usmívají, ale vyřeší to co potřebujete. Takže spokojenost.
I have been to this post office several times since I have lived in Petřiny. I don't remember anything I needed being settled. They don't always smile at you, but they solve what you need. So satisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I know you can't expect much from the post offices, but I lost the track of "unclaimed" packages on which they don't even bother to notify & send back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees are friendly. I don’t speak Czech but seems that they understand me, even some of them speak English. I received all my packages at the office. The only unsatisfactory is that on particular hours the service is slow and long line of people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't have an opinion about other ceska posta shops but at this one, everything was perfect. Even though I do not speak Czech, the kind smiley lady at the parcel receiving post was eager to help me, very fast and politely.
