Otevírací doba jako za krále Klacka, cokoliv mají doručit, zůstane na pobočce ("Balík do ruky" ani nezkoušejí, 20kilové krabce s krmivem pro zvěř se jim prostě zjevně nechce vozit (!)), klasicky ve schránce vždy najdu lísteček, že jsem nebyla doma, přičemž pracuju z domova, takže doma většinou jsem (nota bene když na něco čekám). V poslední době dotáhli tuto "službu" k dokonalosti tím, že pro balíček po SMS výzvě jedu autem (protože tahat ten balík MHD fakt nebudu) a dva dny poté najdu ve schránce papírek s oznámením o nezastižení.
V neposlední řadě mají telefon, který a) v 19 pokusech z 20 nezvednou; b) je horentně zpoplatněn u jakéhokoliv operátora, protože je to "devítkové" číslo, které se neřadí do volných minut.
Katastrofální poštovní (ne-)služby :-/
Post disastrous. Opening hours like King Klack, whatever they are supposed to deliver, will stay at the branch (they will not even try the 20-kilograms box with animal feed, they just don't want to drive them (!)). at home, working from home, so I usually home (notation when I'm waiting for something). Recently, they have accomplished this "service" by perfecting the package after the SMS call, because I am not going to pull the public transport package, and then two days later I find a note with a notice of failure in the box.
Last but not least, they have a phone that: a) in 19 attempts out of 20; b) the exorbitant charged with any operator because it is the "nines" number that does not cover up the free minutes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší pošta, co jsem zažil, doručování do ruky nefunguje. Ani se neobtezuji zazvonit. Ztracený balíček jsem doteď neobdržel. A arogance některých dam na přepážce je při nejmenším na pár facek.
The worst mail I've ever experienced, hand delivery doesn't work. I don't even bother to ring the bell. I have not received a lost package yet. And the arrogance of some ladies at the counter is at least a few slaps.
