p	pavla polachova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den , ráda jsem zde chodila vždy ochotné a usměvavé paní za přepážkou.Ovšem včera to byl vrchol arogance. Zlá paní, která se už ke mě chovala arogantně a starší pán co byl za mnou , tak mi ho bylo opravdu líto jak se k němu paní chovala a řvát po něm , že to neumí vyplnit .... Šlo to slyšet až ven. Je mi líto, že jsem si nezapamatovala jméno paní úřednice . Doufám, že se paní nad sebou zamyslí. Byla jsem tam včera to znamená 5.4.2017 cca ve 12.00 a paní byla hned u první přepážky. Pokud jí ta práce nebaví , tak až odejde a nedělá ostudu pošty. Hezký večer Polachová Pavla Hello, I like to go here always helpful and smiling lady behind the counter. But yesterday it was the peak of arrogance. The evil lady who was already arrogant to me and the older man who was behind me, so I was really sorry how the lady treated him and yelling at him that she can not fill .... It was heard out. I'm sorry I didn't remember the name of the clerk. I hope the lady thinks over herself. I was there yesterday it means 5.4.2017 at about 12.00 and the lady was right at the first counter. If she doesn't like the job, she'll leave and don't shame the mail. Have a nice evening Polachová Pavla
M	Marek Frýdl on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Něco neuvěřitelného..... na této pobočce změnili otevírací dobu a to od 8-11 a od 15-18 hod !!! Prý aby si přes polední pauzu mohli v klidu dělat administrativu atd. Ovšem když mají otevřeno, tak jen jedno okénko a další kolegyně dělá také administrativu....Všeichni kdo chodili na poštu průběžně celý den tam teď chodí jen dopoledne nebo odpoledne a okénko je otevřené pořád jen jedno ze tří, takže jsou tam neuvěřitelné fronty. Když se zeptáte proč ??? Pracovnice pošty na vás začne řvát, že to taky mohli zavřít rovnou celé....Prostě paráda....už aby měli nějakou pořádnou konkurenci a probrali se nebo zkrachovali....ve 21. století prostě šílené !!! Something incredible ..... at this branch they changed the opening hours from 8-11 and from 15-18 o'clock !!! Supposedly, so that during the lunch break they can do the administration in peace, etc. However, when they are open, only one window and another colleague also does the administration .... Everyone who went to the post office continuously all day now only goes there in the morning or afternoon and the window is still open only one of the three, so there are incredible queues. When you ask why ??? The post office worker will start yelling at you that they could have closed the whole thing too .... Just great .... so that they have some real competition and wake up or go bankrupt .... in the 21st century just crazy !!!
A	Anton Nero on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza, zrušit a zavřít. Neochota, neprofesionalita a to se ještě budu modlit, aby zásilku neztratili, prostě nemám slov!!! Ještě na mně paní za přepážkou zvyšovala hlas! A nedal bych ani jednu hvězdičku, ale bez toho to nejde zveřejnit!!! Spíš bych jich pár odebral! Horror, cancel and close. Reluctance, unprofessionalism and I will still pray that they will not lose the shipment, I just have no words !!! The lady behind the counter was still raising her voice! And I wouldn't give a single star, but it can't be published without it !!! I'd rather take a few!
S	Schwabik on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Je to prostě pošta. Poměr velikosti a modernizace pobočky ku počtu obsluhovaných lidí je asi jeden z nejmenších... Pracovnice za to nemohou, s dámami za přepážkou jsem nikdy prblémy neměl. Pokud se chcete vyhnout frontě, uvědomte si, kdy jsou akce v supermarketech ;) It's just a post office. Size ratio and modernization of the branch to the number of people served is probably one of the smallest ... Workers at it not with the ladies behind the counter, I had never prblémy. If you want to avoid the queue, remember when events in supermarkets;)
M	Michaela Kocourkova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrozné misto,neustále fronty,velmi neochotní zaměstnanci ,vypadá to,že je všichni obtěžují, dávají to dámy patřičně najevo,nedivim se ,že česká pošta,nevydělává,radši tam, ani nechodit, pokud to jde pořešit jinak. Pokud máte,zasilku na poště,někdy nedostanete,ani oznameni,případně, jen to oznámení i když mají zasilku dorucit adresatovi...prostě děs. Musite, jsi to zjistit,sama dojit na poštu i kdyz je to na doručení adresatovi a služba je zaplacená. Pak poslouchate,jen nějakou vymluvu. Neni,to snad případně tím,že je to státní podnik, V soukromém sektoru,by se to,hned řešilo,pravdepodobne,personalni výměnou.Dle recenzi,soudím,že nebudu,jediná s tímto názorem. Doufám,že se k tomu vedení vyjádří? Za mě,nechodit tam a řešit jinak. If you have a shipment at the post office, sometimes you don't even get a notification, or, just that notification, even if they have to deliver the shipment to the recipient ... just scare. You have to find out, deliver it to the post office even if it is on delivery to the recipient and the service is paid for. Then you listen, just an excuse. Nespolehlivost, neochota, byrokracie to jsou hlavní pilíře této pseoudy sebranky domorodců co financuje stát :( I have nothing against the staff, they are fine there. But for the post office to deliver something to me, it's a small celebration. Unreliability, reluctance, bureaucracy are the main pillars of this pseudo of the natives' collection, which is financed by the state :(
