A jejich doručovatelé nikdy nic do ruky nedoručí i když jste doma, vždy jen nezastihli jsme vás... Nepříjemný, pomalý a neochotný personál, nevstřícné otevírací hodiny, nekonečné fronty. Přestože mám tuto pobočku nejblíže, tak si veci raději nechávám posílat na jinou. My personal experience is that it is one of the worst branches of the Czech Post that I know and that I have ever visited. And their delivery people never deliver anything in their hand, even when you're at home, we just haven't caught up with you ... Annoying, slow and reluctant staff, unfriendly opening hours, endless queues. Although I have the closest branch to this, I prefer to have things sent to another.

(Zásilky nedorazí - k čemuž se váže i fakt, že se neobjevují papíry o doručení na pobočku ve schránce.., dlouhé fronty, nikdy nezvednutý telefon) Každopádně někteří zaměstnanci této pobočky se snaží jednat s velkou profesionalitou. Cením i fakt, že se rozšířila pracovní doba z minulé naprosto nelogické podoby.. I also appreciate the fact that working hours have expanded from the last completely illogical form.
M	Michal Fořt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hrůza, katastrofa, děs.....neberou telefony, nevhazují upozornění do schránky, chování na přepážce jak před rokem 1989.....tohle nechceš ale bohužel někdy si tím očistcem musíš projít. Zlaté PPL, Zásilkovna, DHL atd. Horror, catastrophe, terror ..... they don't pick up the phones, they don't throw notifications in the mailbox, the behavior at the counter as before 1989 ..... you don't want this, but unfortunately sometimes you have to go through that purgatory. Gold PPL, Mailroom, DHL, etc.

Nakonec jsem si pro dopis musel zajet osobně k odesílateli. a to je kvůli tomu, že nějaký negramot z téhle pobočky mi není schopný hodit dopis do schránky. Ani nemluvím o tom, kolik dopisů mi už předtím nedoručili. Fakt středověk. Mám pocit, že tam dělají i***i kteří neumí ani číst 3 times they are not able to throw the letter in my mailbox and when I go to the post office there is no letter. In the end, I had to go to the sender in person for the letter. and that's because some illiterate from this branch isn't able to throw a letter in my inbox. š	škola vrátnice on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Úplně tragická pošta , sídliště spoustu lidí a praxe je taková , že poštačka jen hází lístky a ani se neobtěžuje zazvonit. Všichni pak zahltí pobočku pošty a je to hodina čekání na vyzvednutí jednoho dopisu. Praxe mnoho let a nepamatuji žádnou dobu , kdy by to na téhle pobočce alespoň nějak fungovalo. A completely tragic post office, a settlement of a lot of people and the practice is that the post office just throws tickets and doesn't even bother to ring the bell. Everyone then floods the post office and it's an hour waiting to pick up one letter. He has been practicing for many years and I don't remember any time when it would at least work in this branch.
L	Lukáš Karlíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totální katastrofa... Jedná hvězdička je tak pro personál samotnépošty, který je většinou milý a snaží se zákazníkům vyhovět. Otevírací doba je třikrát v týdnu 8-16?? Pro normálního pracujícího člověka úplně zbytečné - pak dva dny v týdnu slavnostně 10-18, což podle toho také vypadá. Takže naleznete-li papír od balíku ve schránce ve středu večer cestou z práce, balík získáte nejdříve příští pondělí, pokud nastane správná konstelace hvězd a stihnete to do šesti. Občas se stane, že jsme doma celý den, ale přijde lístek, že nikoho na adrese nezastihli?? Zvonek máme napsaný a funkční, buď na to doručovatel kašle, nebo asi neumí číst na zvoncích. Používám jen, když není opravdu žádná jiná možnost, ještě, že existuje Zásilkovna, PPL a jiné alespoň trochu funkční služby pro doručování balíčků. Total disaster ... I lost a letter in the mail and even though I couldn't speak Czech, she was still kind and communicated with me via Google translate. I used to always dread going to the post office, but this woman shows that there's still good people out there.

It was at the post office for a week already when I came myself to check there is it. Why not send sms or notification? Each time I get "adresát nezastizen" while I am always at home office ? Just why??? Why not to ring or call? Each time I see grannies ? complaining about the same in post office. People with disabilities, old people have to go and stay in the queue just because someone does not do his job. The worst post office in the world probably.
