Nejspíš z vlastní iniciativy mne kontaktoval správou, že mám na poště zásilku z ciziny, ať si ji vyzvednu, jinak bude vrácena. Oznámení do schránky jsem nedostal a pan to asi správně vytušil :) děkuji a snad se z takového chování stane standard I would like to share my experience with employee Mr. Karmazin. He probably contacted me on his own initiative with the administration that I have a shipment from abroad at the post office so that I can pick it up, otherwise it will be returned. I did not receive the notification in the mailbox and Mr. probably guessed it correctly :) thank you and hopefully such behavior will become the standard

Nicméně, když jsem se konečně dostala na řadu s tím, že jsem potřebovala k přepážce CzechPointu, rozešla jsem se k ní a paní / slečna na mě kouká a dá ceduli "přepážka uzavřena". Koukám teda jako vejr a jdu k druhé přepážce, kde mi pán řekl, že to dělá jen ta paní vedle. Na otázku, co mám tedy dělat, když jediná přepážka, kde se vyhotovuje to, co potřebuji, je uzavřena jsem dostala odpověď "jak to mám vědět". Vrátila jsem se tedy k přepážce zpět a zeptala se milostivé paní, kdy otevře, že tu čekám už pěknou dobu ve frontě a na rozdíl od ní pracuji a musím se už vrátit do práce. "Za dvacet minut" a čmárá něco na mobilu . HAHA - fronta dlouhá přes celou chodbu obchodního centra a oni zavřou jednu ze třech přepážek z toho jedna vydává jen balíky. To je sen. Oni jsou si prostě vědomi, že nikde jinde si to nevyřídím, takže si dovolují chovat se jako hovada. Otřes! I stood in line for 40 minutes, which is still understandable. However, when it finally came my way to the CzechPoint counter, I broke up with her and the lady is looking at me and puts the sign "counter closed". So I look like a windbreaker and go to the second counter, where the master told me that only the lady next door does it. So I went back to the counter and asked the gracious lady when she would open that I had been waiting here for a long time in line and, unlike her, I was working and I had to go back to work. "In twenty minutes" and scribbling something on his cell phone. HAHA - Queue long across the entire hall of the mall, and they close one of three counters, one of which only issues packages. It is a dream. They are just aware that I can't do it anywhere else, so they dare to act like beasts. Shock!

Potřeboval jsem vyřídit hned několik věcí a se vším mi pomohli a vše se vyřídilo naprosto bez problému Contrary to my last experience, everything was perfectly fine today. M	Martin Petřina on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Proboha, to je na zbourání, nedoručují, nevhodí do schránky ani ECHO, že je balíček na poště. Pak prostě balík pošlou zpět aniž bych měl jakoukoliv informaci. Telefon nefunguje... Proč ta instituce ještě stojí... Nevím... For God's sake, it's for demolition, they don't deliver, they don't put in the mailbox or ECHO that the package is in the mail. Then they just send the package back without any information. The phone doesn't work ... Why is the institution still standing ... I don't know ...

Je moc příjemný a veselý, vždycky zavolá za několik hodin před doručením a zjistí pokud budeme doma. I evaluate positively only the older gentleman with an Eastern accent, who delivers consignments in the evening. He is very nice and cheerful, he always calls a few hours before delivery and finds out if we will be home.
C	Car Detailer on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tragédie. Ať přijdete v 17 h nebo ve 12h fronta na pul hodiny :-( Prostě Česká pošta má představu, že váš čas nic nestojí! Navíc přepážky zbytečně blokují lidé stěžující si na kvalitu služeb! Tragedy. Whether you arrive at 5 pm or at 12 noon queue for half an hour :-( Simply, the Czech Post has an idea that your time costs nothing! In addition, counters unnecessarily block people complaining about the quality of services!
