★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Alespoň po telefonu velmi slušné a věcné jednání. Telefon bere milá paní po pár zazvoněních, což na jiných poštách nebývá zvykem, vezmou-li ho vůbec.
At least a very polite and matter-of-fact procedure over the phone. The dear lady picks up the phone after a few rings, which is not usual at other post offices, if they take it at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na poště jsou vždy milí a ochotní, ale s doručováním je to peklo. Tu schránku tam máme proto, aby se do ní házela pošta.
At the post office they are always nice and helpful, but with delivery it's hell. We have the mailbox there so that mail can be thrown into it.
