V horším případě jako dnes zjistím že moje zásilka je poslaná zpět a ani nevím že jsem nějakou na poště měla !!!! Tak moc děkuji " poště " , že můj syn nedostane svůj dárek k vánocům ? Jsem znechucená s doručování POŠTY Shipment delivery and shipment info disaster !!!!! One is at home all day and a ticket in the box - go to the post office ? P	Petra S. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ačkoli jsem celý den na místě doručení, vůbec se o doručení zásilky nepokoušejí, pouze zanechají Výzvu o vyzvednutí obyčejné zásilky a pro balíček si musíte dojít. Samozřejmě, ani s vyplněním Výzvy se moc neobtěžují. Edit: Tak jsem zjistila, že doručování má na starost jiná soukromá doručovací firma, kterou si pošta najímá. Tedy když už se člověk dovolá na pobočku, paní ochotně zařídí opakovanou donášku. A	Adam prejda on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ otresne sluzby dorucovatelu - jeste se mi nestalo aby nekdo zazvonil s tim, ze nese balicek...za poslednu pol rok uz nemam ve schrance ani vyzvu k vyzvednuti baliku - clovek si vsechno musi opohlidat sam. Hlavne ze sluzby se neustale zdrazuji...Snazim se sluzbam ceske posty vyhybat, ale nekdy to bohuzel jinak nejde shocking services of the courier - it has not happened to me that someone rings the bell with the fact that he is carrying a package ... for the last half year I no longer have a call in the mailbox to pick up the package - one has to look after everything myself. Mainly because the services are constantly becoming more expensive ... I try to avoid the services of the Czech Post, but sometimes unfortunately it is not possible otherwise

Dny, kdy tam na vyzvednutí balíku nečekám půl hodiny, se dají spočítat na prstech jedné ruky. Opakovaně mi nedávají vědět, že balíček na poště je. Zvonit se nikdy neopovážili, prostě otřes. She said, we don't deliver the packages. I was a bit surprised due to the fact that I was raised with the impression that Post office is a place where things get delivered. Apparently, that is not the case for Ceska posta Brno 17. When I went there to pick up my 'big' package as they called it (the weight was 0.83 kg), I found an employee reading a book! He told me that he can't help me and sent me to a coworker. She was nice and I did not want to tell her my whole story (what for) so I decided to write this review. I get it, I know that if a lady is supposed to deliver 10 packages each weighting about 1 kg, her bag will be heavy. So, please, Ceska posta, wake up and deliver the packages by car (like DHL, PPL, UPS, etc.)
