T	Tom Vrba on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totálně špatný systým doručování, nechápu manažera co to vymyslel objednáte přes Kasa.cz DPD vám následně napíše anichž by to byla pravda že Vás nezastihli . viz. nikdo dopředu nevolal nepsal a rovnou zásilku uloží na uložence ani nenapíšou kde !!! zda na Heršpické nebo Václavské result - obchod KASA.CZ už NIKDY !!!!!! Pak už stačí jen najít jakousi vrátnici (normální vchod uzavřen), proběhnout přes vnitřní parkoviště a mezi vyjíždějícími auty, a pak jste konečně na místě. Obsluha hrozná - neochota, fronty, protivnost. Mám ráda Uloženku, ale sem už nikdy více. Asi jejich nejhorší pobočka v Brně (a to jsem prošla skoro všechny)... Čekali jsme jak blbci doma, vzal jsem si i volno, nikdo nepřijel a ani nezavolal, telefon na dpd v pátek o půl 3 odpoledne nikdo nebere, nechápu, jak mohou fungovat. Premiere parfum by si měli najít jiného dopravce. Už tam nic objednáme, raději v obchodě, tam z nás blbce dělat nebudou. Kduby šly dát hvězdy do mínusu... Massacre!!!!!!! We waited like idiots at home, I took time off, nobody came and didn't even call, no one picks up the phone on dpd on Friday at half past 3 in the afternoon, I don't understand how they can work. Premiere perfume should find another carrier. We will order nothing there, preferably in the store, they will not make a fool of us there. Where they went to put the stars in the red ...
