★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Polovstřícny personál. Čekáte vždy. Možná brzo ráno ne (když Pražáci spí) Na balíky a hromadné podání by mohli nasadit ty rychlejší.
 Semi-helpful staff. You always wait. Maybe not early in the morning (when the people of Prague are asleep) The faster ones could put on packages and mass delivery.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recenze na lokálního doručovatele balíků, netýká se přepážek. Absolutně bez pokusu o doručení, tohle je naprosto směšný za peníze co si účtujete, nejvíc ze všech doručovatelských firem. Díky homeoffice jsme celý den doma, což už pro vás nemůže být jednodušší. Na telelefon doručovatele se nelze dovolat, na callcentrum se nelze dovolat, lživé informace každý den formou SMS + mail. Po dvou týdnech jsme znovu u uložení na poště.
Reviews on local parcel delivery, not about counters. Absolutely no attempt at delivery, this is absolutely ridiculous for the money you charge, most of all delivery companies. Thanks to homeoffice, we are at home all day, which couldn't be easier for you. The courier's phone cannot be called, the call center cannot be called, false information every day by SMS + mail. After two weeks, we are back at the post office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The stuff is always nice to me. And I have never waited so terribly long, because if there is too many people in, I would come an other time. But what upsets me is, that it is closed on Saturday. Normal posts are open in the morning on Saturday. That is very upsetting.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff collectively are poor ambassadors for the Czech People. I say this based on a number of interactions over a year. They are inexplicably discourteous and disrespectful, and generally make a routine trip into an unpleasant experience. For example, twice I have had the counter unexpectedly close on me. I can only surmise that they are too ignorant to care what foreigners think about their lack of manners.
I do not expect rainbows, smiles, and American levels of service in Czech - but common decency and professionalism.
