★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had surprisingly positive experiences here. The machine to provide a waiting list number might prove to be a challenge. 'vyzvednout zasilku' - pick up a package / letter is a pretty safe bet. If you are expecting a larger package and the package code starts with an O you might have to go around the corner and down to the lower level, no number required downstairs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally speaking, I usually don't have great experiences in many Ceska Posta offices. However, I'm really surprised to say that my experiences in this post office have been great. The counter staff have been helpful and honest and seem to be kind and willing to try to speak English where possible (I don't speak Czech).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My general experience with ČP is awful. Day-long waiting lines and rude people behind the counter. When they deliver letters, they often come damaged or they simply don’t contact you at all and leave the package at the nearest office. At this office, for a quick letter pickup at non peak hour, I waited 35 mins. However the clerk lady was polite and nice, she earns them at least that one star. Otherwise I would rate this post office minus 2 stars.

Been here for a few years and when collecting parcels I now deem this place to have THE worst customer service assistants in Czech Republic.
❌ Rude, unhelpful and aggressive are all frequent, despite being able to speak some Czech, they clearly give the impression they do not like outsiders, and have zero patience for them.
