Lekvi is a legalized russian robbery company. living more than 2 years in flat handled by them and they were professional only in getting money even for the smallest favor - even for those what they mentioned free of charge earliier. Average response time from them on issues were 3 weeks and their help comes by other russian companies on double/triple charge as normal. Customer support is like 0. Eventually as company they stealing the deposit also. Absolutely not recommended Some thought about the reply below: - defects I made: nearly none of them were captured properly at the beginning of the rental period. As I moved in to a flat where doors were crashed with possibly a hammer and the hole was on it, floor has been scratched because the owner bought for wooden floor the cheapest metal legged tables and chairs, there were no possibilities to identify in the last years who did what. But anyway, painting 6 m2 wall for 2900CZK... as a repair, invoiced by a russian company which named under a lady as owner who is in the company list named as working for pedicure... these are facts which can be proved. - withholding money: they calculated 4500 czk as a recalculation of the used water and heating. As the measurement stated and belongs to 2020 not sure why withheld 8000 czk instead. In the contract mentioned that 60 days deposit should be paid back. This is what called robbery. - charging backward late payment: Because of certain unexpected failures in the flat where reaction was over 3 weeks I kept back some payments in the past. You can imagine a childroom without light because the whole lamp had defect? Because of Lekvi my child should spent 2 months in black room (we had to change panties in dark etc.) thus payment was hold back. Now, after 2,5 yrs of rent they charged me backward all the late payments. There were no intermediate invoicing year by year. As I should pay more than 3k I can imagine after 10 yrs of rent someone should pay probably 30-40k. When I asked to see the bookings of the company where they made the accruals year by year I got no answers. So this is absolutely illegal. That's about Lekvi

A complete company build for stealing money. We rented flat from them for more then 2 years, every time suffered some issue their response was 3-4 weeks which is unacceptable for a light-off issue for example. For each step they promise to act for free, then charging whatever they want. Eventually they stealing the deposit also. Do NOT rely on the lot of 5 star opinion they are from russians also without comments and relevant experiences. If you want your money gone, have a contract with them freely. Otherwise, avoid them!
