Very helpful and nice ladies

At this branch, I wanted to provide reference data from the population register to another person using Czechpoint. The lady behind the counter looked at her colleague, and they both said I had to have a printed application (they called it a request when it was just a guide for me). I politely told them that their colleague had done this to me last time without a problem, and that I didn't think it needed to be printed. They still insisted that it was needed, so I read them Czech Point's instructions that it was not necessary and that it was enough to provide an identification code and present an identity card and I am not doing it for the first time, so I know that it is not necessary and that I did not have problem. The ladies replied that another lady who wanted to print the same day, so I have to, too, and that probably other branches of the Czech Post have different procedures. They talked like I was lying to them (it's so ridiculous that each branch has different procedures, the ladies were just lazy). Eventually, I went home to print and told me not to delay myself because of the reluctant and lazy postmen. I also called Czech Point, which is operated by the Ministry of the Interior of the Czech Republic, to check 100% whether I need to have a printed instruction, and they also assured me that nothing needed to be printed. If I could give zero stars, I would give it to them. Two lazy postmen.
