★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Automat ist nicht zu empfehlen und es gibt bessere Alternativen im Ort: Als ich mit meiner Kreditkarte Geld abheben wollte, schlug er eine Gebührenumrechnung in Euro um, die zu einem ungünstigen Kurs erfolgt. Wählt man die Auszahlung in Tschechische Kronen werden zusätzliche Gebühren fällig. Bessere Erfahrungen habe ich mit dem Geldautomat der CSOB gemacht, der auch in Zelesna Rüde nur eine Straßenecke weiter zu finden ist. Dort könnte ich günstiger Geld abheben.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sporitelna must be the worst bank in history. Service? Zero! It's not just a question of language - I have limited Czech but plenty of German & English - but the total incompetence of an ill-trained, indifferent staff, second-rate online system & set up of card system that beggars belief. Credit cards that don't function, addresses one cannot change online, staff which can't manage to send renewal ATM cards within a requested, reasonable timeframe. Does this bank actually still operate under some archaic Marxist system? We have millions of Koruna in this bank due to a house sale - I am withdrawing everything to place in a German bank. Why can't the simplest online transaction be conducted - trouble-free - with this bank? Who is the CEO? Why is he/she still in a job? Yet...the Czechs seem to be devoted to this piece of antiquity!
