Very caring service, good English.

Terrible service. Keep you waiting ages then say they ran out of food. No apology. Couldn't care less. Owner hid in the kitchen. Avoid.

Very nice and friendly staff, lovely restaurant with little kids play corner for the younger ones if anyone is interested. Given the provided standard there are quite reasonable prices for meals. If you want anything special you will have to pay little more for it. Nice place to eat in, outdoor seating area available with view on to the main street.

Too long waiting for the food. All meals were over salted. Not tasty. Stuff unfriendly. Prices are quite high to the quality provided.

Prices are extremely low for the size of the dish and especially for the quality of the food. They are serving basic, simple Czech meals. Distinguishment between smoking and non smoking section could be better, but space inside, although not glamorous, is so huge that it doesn't bother no one. Staff is very friendly and whole experience was amazing surprise. Still cannot believe that we paid around 15 euros for 2 people meal with drinks and we were stuffed, plus really enjoyed taste of the food. Would recommend it to anyone and definitely will go back there if will be in the neighborhood.

We got there at a quite busy time, which, I understand, can be stressful for the staff. Nevertheless, it’s still not a reason good enough for providing such a bad service. It took them a long time to come greet us and take our drink order (they took orders of people who came after us before they even came to us). Then the waitress tried to argue they don’t serve the drink we ordered, even though it’s written in the menu and and they do serve it. After we ordered, it took way too long to get our food considering we ordered fries and pickled Camembert (but I do understand they were highly busy so it’s not as much of a deal). When we finally received our order, it turned out they had run out of bread, so they tried to serve the pickled cheese as it is with no side. Instead of asking if we still want the cheese (because who eats pickled cheese with no bread?), they just told us there’s no more bread left. When we complained, they rushed off to the kitchen and came back with a basket of absolutely nasty toast bread (which should not be even be used for toasts). When paying, I complained a bit and tried to suggest that serving that nasty toast bread is even worse than serving no bread at all. To which the waiter shrugged his shoulders and said they improvised. Overall, it was not that bad of experience, it’s just the attitude the staff took. Not friendly, grumpy and not apologetic when having made a mistake. The two stars are for the nice beer and the pickled cheese, which was actually really delicious.
