G	Giuseppe Rohrbacher on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bydleli jsme v tomto hotelu týden během vánočních svátků. Hotel jsme si vybrali na základě popisu a fotografií z hotelového webu. Dlužno říci, že náš pokoj ani pokoje na stejném patře se ani v nejmenším nepodobaly těm z webu. Pokoje mají nábytek z 70-80. let, TV nefungovala, koupelny mají obklad a vybavení ze stejné doby jako nábytek. Sprchový kout je zakryt igelitem, místo zástěny. Dle webu je nabízena domácí kuchyně. Výběr při zaplacené polopenzi byl za příplatek tvořen 6 jídly s tím, že se výběr při týdenním pobytu většinou neměnil. Kuriozitou byl předkrm "olejovky" s chlebem. Při ceně 15.000 Kč za týden za dvě osoby to považuji za naprostý nepoměr cena/kvalita služby. Tento hotel bych znovu nenavštívil. We stayed at this hotel for a week during the Christmas holidays. We chose the hotel based on the description and photos from the hotel website. Needless to say, neither our room nor the rooms on the same floor were in the slightest similar to those on the web. Rooms have furniture from 70-80. years, the TV did not work, the bathrooms have tiles and equipment from the same period as the furniture. The shower is covered with plastic, instead of a screen. According to the website, home cooking is offered. The choice for paid half board consisted of 6 meals for an additional fee, with the choice that usually did not change during a weekly stay. A curiosity was the appetizer "oil cake" with bread. At a price of CZK 15,000 per week for two people, I consider it a complete disproportion between the price / quality of service. I would not visit this hotel again.
K	Kerameq Vousek on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa, nejhorší podnik na Šumavě. Ano je to sice tří hvězdičkový hotel, ale ty 3 hvězdy má jen protože, pokoje odpovídají rozměry 3 hvězdičkových hotelů. Obsluha (majitelka hotelu, paní Kopačová ) neskutečné jak se chová k hostům, žádná profesionalita, ale ubohost. Výrobky, co se týkají baru, kuchyně. Mohu na rovinu napsat, že jsou nepoživatelné se zdravotních důvodů. Nic není čerstvé, ani ta coca-cola, na tož pak jídla s kuchyně. Pak tam jsou určité výrobky, které jsou hostům podávány za originální a kvalitní, ale ve skutečnosti to jsou laciné náhražky, ze kterých těží nepředstavitelné peníze. Ano kdyby ty výrobky byli orig. tak cena odpovídá. Vše by se dalo vystihnout jedním slovem, prostě HUMUS!! To jídlo co vaří pro nás, pro zákazníky. bych nedal sníst ani svému psovi. Lidé a zákazníci hotelu, pište sem své příhody. Mi to jíme, mi to dostáváme, nám se lže. Váš Kerameq. Ode mě, si budete moci v budoucnu přečíst daleko více a jediné téma bude, Hotel Enzian. O	Ota Pavlíček on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V hotelu jsem nebydlel, stavili jsme se v něm pouze na oběd, což byl nejhorší nápad za celou dobu našeho pobytu v Železné Rudě. Výše cen předně neodpovídá způsoby přípravy jídel, která je založena na polotovarech, například místo bramboráku dostanete rozmrazený prefabrikát. Nejhorší ale bylo, že maso v mém jídle smrdělo hnilobou po celé restauraci. Při reklamaci zkaženého masa mi majitelka (paní, která se ráda chlubí a sama si na tuto stránku píše pozitivní recenze, jak je zjevné z totožné dikce) sdělila, že je maso v pořádku a v neohřátém stavu nesmrdí, že to je tím, co do něj přidávají výrobci a není to závadné. Tato zjevná lež pro ní byla argumentem, aby mi reklamaci neuznala a jídlo po mě chtěla zaplatit, ačkoli jsem se jej nedotkl. Pokud se chcete slušně najíst, do této restaurace rozhodně nechoďte. (Na reakci paní majitelky dodávám, že je informace založena na návštěvě před rokem, kdy obědy podávali.) This apparent lie was an argument for her not to acknowledge the claim, and she wanted to pay for me, though I did not touch him. If you want to eat nicely, do not go to this restaurant. (To the owner's response, I add that the information is based on a visit before the luncheon year.)

Tak jsem se dozvěděl, že za havarijní stav vstupního schodiště může Babiš a jeho EET. Divím se, že doposud, např. stavební úřad nezasáhl. V hotelu čisto, ale veškeré vybavení staré, tipuji, že ještě pamatuje Husáka na hradě. Hotel bez služeb, restaurace, baru herny atd. V podstatě se jedná o noclehárnu. Delicious breakfast. Tenhle strašnej hotel neodpovídá ceně , paní majitelka to obhajovala zvýšenou cenou za topení. POZITIVA: Všude blízko,slušné snídaně (většina surovin je dovezená z Německa, také oceňuji neředěné džusy),příjemná majitelka NEGATIVA: Denní úklid, vysoká cena za tenhle hnus, jeden zaměstnanec (paní majitelka),nedostatek parkování,pokud něco potřebujete nikdo na recepci není. j	jednoduse ja on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsme se vrátili ze zimní dovči. Po přečtení recenzí jsme se trochu báli, ale ihned po příjezdu na nás čekalo příjemné překvapení :-). Paní majitelka hotelu je príma ženská, se kterou se člověk může domluvit na všem, co potřebuje. Pokud někdo nečeká alkrón, což za cenu, kterou za hotel účtují snad ani normální myslící čekat nemůže, musí být spokojen. Pokoje čisté, v hotelu teploučko. To, že na telce běží pár českých programů, zbytek němci (nebo jak tu jiní píší, že nefunguje) mi opravdu nevadilo, jeli jsme s partou na lyže a užít si dovču, ne se válet u televize a nadšeně přepínat 80 programů. Večeře výborná, snídaně ještě lepší. Uspěchaní lidé, co si nemohou minutu počkat, než se usmaží čerstvá vejce, by si raději měli dojít koupit nějakou instantní mňamku a mlčet. Takže za mě spokojenost, my si s partou užili skvělé 4 dny v domácím prostředí a hotelu i paní Kopačové děkuji :-). Yesterday we came back from the winter time. After reading the reviews we were a bit worried but upon arrival were waiting for us a pleasant surprise :-). Mrs. owner of the hotel is just a woman with whom one can agree on everything she needs. If someone does not expect an alcron, which at a price that the hotel may not even expect a normal thinker, must be satisfied. Clean rooms, the hotel and warm. The fact that a few Czech programs are running on the telly, the rest of the Germans (or as others write here that it doesn't work) really didn't bother me, we went with a bunch on skis and enjoyed it, not rolling around the TV and enthusiastically switching 80 programs. Dinner excellent, breakfast even better. The hurried people who can't wait a minute before frying the fresh eggs would rather have to buy some instant monks and keep quiet. So satisfaction for me, we enjoyed a great 4 days with our bunch at home and the hotel and Mrs. Kopačová :-).

Paní majitelka je obětavá a pokoje jsou čisté a voňavé.Budu chválit a doporučovat známým The hotel is in a quiet location, yet everywhere a short distance to the town and the great hiking trails. This shows how welcoming the owner is. We had a lovely evening with good food and drink. From other guest we spoke with, we were informed the rooms etc were very good.
