G	Gembis Kraváč on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provozní sympaťák i paní kuchařka. Snídaně byli dobré, na večeři jsme nebyli. Co se týče parkování, tak je to na pohodu. Apartmá na fotkách vypadalo špatně, ale když jsme se ubytovali, tak to špatné nebylo. Bylo to tak akorát. Mohu za mě doporučit. Operating friend and cook. Breakfast was good, we were not at dinner. As for parking, it's fine. The apartment in the photos looked bad, but when we stayed, it was not bad. It was just right. I can recommend for me.

Na stránkách penzionu ve službách jsem dokonce nalezl tuto větu "Spolu s Vámi se rádi postaráme i o Vaše mazlíčky" Bohužel po kontaktu s penzionem - které začalo až po objednání přes booking(naštěstí před zaplacením), začalo "handrkování" o jakého psa se jedná. Jaká je to rasa apod. Jestli pes nebude zůstávat sám na pokoji - to jsem opravdu nepochopil. Níže posílám vyjádření majitele. Které opravdu nejsem schopný nijak pochopit, byť se v něm asi nějaká slabodušší logika zřejmě nachází. Vyjádření penzionu níže: "Dobry den. Omlouvam se, ale takove plemeno psa nemuzeme v zadnem případě ubytovat v penzionovem pokoji kam po Vas prijedou dalsi hoste. Nejsme schopni po takovem psu pokoj uklidit a vycistit. Na serveru Booking.com sice uvadime, ze domaci zvirata jsou vitana, ale po domluve a jen mala plemena do max. 10 kg. Dekujeme za pochopeni." Otomar Říha Penzion Diana Nechápu proč se tedy penzion prezentuje tím, že se "rád postará o vaše mazlíčky" a stejnou informaci prezentuje i na serveru booking.com, když poté ubytování se psem není možné. Nechci si vůbec představovat, že by nás penzion odmítnul ubytovat ve chvíli, kdy by jsme po 3 hodinové cestě dorazili na místo. Doporučuji tedy pro penzion si tyto informace z bookingu a ze svých stránek odsranit!!! On the website of the pension in the services, I even found this sentence "Together with you we will be happy to take care of your pets" Unfortunately, after contact with the pension - which started only after ordering via booking (fortunately before payment), the "hagging" of the dog in question began. What is the breed, etc. If the dog will not be left alone in the room - I really did not understand. Below I send the owner's statement. Which I'm really not able to understand in any way, even though there's probably some weaker logic in it. Statement of the pension below: "Hello. I'm sorry, but we can not accommodate such a breed of dog in a guest room in a case where other guests will come after you. We are not able to clean and clean the room after such a dog. On the Booking.com server, we state that pets are welcome, but by appointment and only small breeds up to 10 kg. Thank you for your understanding. " Otomar Říha Pension Diana So I do not understand why the pension presents itself by "happy to take care of your pets" and presents the same information on the booking.com server, when then accommodation with a dog is not possible. I do not want to imagine that the guesthouse would refuse to accommodate us when we arrived at the place after a 3-hour journey. I therefore recommend that the guest house remove this information from the booking and from its website !!!
A	Alena Simsova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, navštívily jsme s děvčaty penzion Diana a musíme jednohlasně pochválit milý a usměvavý personál, na pokojích bylo utulno a teplíčko a jídlo, to byl koncert. rádi se sem zase někdy podíváme ❤️ Hello, we visited the pension Diana with the girls and we must unanimously praise the nice and smiling staff, the rooms were cozy and warm and the food, it was a concert. we would love to see you again someday ❤️

Koupelna a zachod jsou sice staršího vzhledu, ale na pokojích je cisto a uklizeno, tudíž se nedá nic vytknout. Very nice and helpful staff. Breakfast perfect, some rooms have a balcony and beautiful views. The bathroom and toilet are older in appearance, but the rooms are clean and tidy, so nothing can be said against.
