Однозначно сюрреалистический банк. По-другому я существование этого банка в реалиях 2019 года описать не могу.
У них просто БОЖЕСТВЕННОЕ приложение! Функций в нем целых две - проверить счет и переслать деньги на другую карточку. Все. Про PUSH-уведомления тут даже и не слышали, предложат СМС-уведомления за 25 CZK/месяц. А апогей качества их приложения - это то, что на iPhone в нем я смог авторизоваться попыток так через 20 день на 5-й. В отделении сказали, что это нормально, мол просто на iPhone приложение плохо работает. Отмечу, что у меня новый iPhone XS, не старый, с этим проблема не связана.
Этот банк я НЕ РЕКОМЕНДУЮ никому ни при каких условиях!

Definitely a surreal bank. In another way, I cannot describe the existence of this bank in the realities of 2019.
They just have a DIVINE app! There are two functions in it - check the account and send money to another card. All. They have not even heard about PUSH notifications here, they will offer SMS notifications for 25 CZK / month. And the apogee of the quality of their application is that on the iPhone in it I was able to log in attempts so after 20 days on the 5th. The department said that this is normal, they say that the application does not work well on the iPhone. I note that I have a new iPhone XS, not an old one, this is not the problem.
I would NOT recommend this bank to anyone under any circumstances!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuto banku už mám několik let. Jsem s ní velmi spokojená. Skvělé online bankovnictví. Veškeré problémy mi hned pomohli vyřešit. Na pobočce milý personál. Jsou zde dobré úroky oproti jiným bankám. Po celé ČR mají velké množství bankomatů. Moderní budova, čisto a pořádek. Se službami jsem velmi spokojená.
I have had this bank for several years. I am very happy with her. Great online banking. They helped me solve all the problems immediately. Nice staff at the branch. There is good interest rates compared to other banks. They have a large number of ATMs throughout the Czech Republic. Modern building, clean and tidy. I am very satisfied with the services.
