★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Všechny ostatní pobočky v centru zrušeny, zůstala jen takhle kde je 100 zákazníků na 4 fungující přepážky.
Ty ztracené hodiny života už mi nikdo nevrátí.
 All other branches in the center canceled, leaving only like this where there are 100 customers on 4 functioning counters.
Nobody will give me back those lost hours of my life.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dne 28.1.jsem byla změnit adresu trvalého pobytu a kontaktní adresu. Poskytla jsem paní Cahové nový občanský průkaz. V internetovém bankovnicví mám dodnes 27.2.uvedené trvalé bydliště a kontaktní adresu původní. Proč nebyla provedena změna údajů?
On January 28, I was to change my permanent residence address and contact address. I gave Mrs. Cah a new ID. To this day, I have the permanent residence and the original contact address stated in the internet banking on 27 February. Why wasn't the data changed?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovala jsem něco osobně vyřídit v bance. Po telefonickém rozhovoru jsem byla očekávána příslušným bankéřem. Moje záležitost byla rychle a příznivě vyřízena v soukromí. Příjemné prostředí.
I needed to do something in person at the bank. After a telephone conversation, I was expected by the appropriate banker. My case was dealt with quickly and favorably in private. Pleasant environment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi divný osobní bankéř - pokoušel se mi na pobočce založit účet přes svoje wifi na mobilu, přitom jsem účet ani nechtěl - nějaký jsem z něho měl divný pocit - jestli vůbec kope za banku ?
A very strange personal banker - he tried to open an account for me at his branch via his wifi on my mobile phone, but I didn't even want an account - I had a strange feeling about it - if he was kicking the bank at all ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ By one word, terrible. The worst service EVER! Long waiting time, ladies at branch need to discuss their own personal stuff between colleagues first, try hand cream and even they saw me to wait, they take their time.. this happened to me every time when I was there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internet banking never works. Cannot pay online by card despite having all required passwords and logins. Would never imagine that I cannot pay online by card - how is that even possible? If I could rank 0 stars, I would do it.
