★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Příjemný přístup a modernizovaná pobočka. O to větší zklamání když jsem se dozvědět že za zapomenutý PIN ke kartě je účtováno 100,- Při tom se jedná o službu u jiných bank zcela zdarma :-(
 Pleasant approach and modernized branch. All the more disappointing when I find out that the forgotten PIN to the card is charged 100, - At the same time, this is a service at other banks completely free :-(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nová moderní pobočka banky, nový styl přístupu ke klientům. Kruhové atrium se stolky a místo přepážky je tam zamrizovany ostrov s Ntb. Byl jsem tam služebně s účtem od SVJ a tuto pro osobní finance banku nedoporučuji pro její cenu služeb. To co jinde nabízejí zadarmo tady se za vše platí. Účet za 120 si můžou nechat. Byl jsem tam ale kvůli ceně a službám jsem odešel.
New modern bank branch, new style of approach to clients. A circular atrium with tables and instead of a counter there is a frozen island with Ntb. I was there on business with an account from SVJ and I do not recommend this bank for personal finance because of its price of services. What else they offer for free here pays for everything. They can keep the 120 bill. But I was there for the price and the services I left.
