I love to come here. I like the ticket system, the interior is beautiful, cozy and the consultants are nice. Wheelchair access. ATM inside. I can only recommend.

At the cash desk they are unable to deposit the payment into the account and they make excuses for internal regulations. Elsewhere at the branch, they can easily receive cash.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezké prostředí, opravdu milé a nápomocné bankéřky a milá, usměvavá slečna v recepci u vstupu, která je ochotná pomoci opravdu s čímkoli. Musím vytknout delší dobu čekání, ale slečna na recepci nabízí možnost objednání hned na další den, takže i to se dá zvládnout.
Nice environment, really nice and helpful bankers and nice, smiling lady at the reception at the entrance, which is willing to really help anything. I have to criticize a longer waiting time, but the lady at the reception offers the possibility of ordering the next day, so it can be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poslední dobou výrazně zlepšení zaměstnanců, co se týká přístupu ke klientům a modernější podmínky. Ale pořád je cítit prisnost. V některých případech jednání na úrovni z doby totality a ty poplatky.. No není to moc fajn.
