★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finger weg vom Unicredit Automaten wenn man als deutscher Hypo-Kunde " kostenlos " abheben kann, holte hier 4000 CZK mit der EC-Karte, die laut Währungsrechner etwa 156 Euro entsprechen. Berechnet wurden dann im Kontoauszug 178 ! Euro, besser ein wenig Bargeld an der Grenze in der Tanke wechseln bzw. mit einer kontaktlosen Prepaid-Kreditkarte die Kleinbeträge ohne Auslandsgebühr zahlen.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V celku dobrý, ale bankomat je často mimo provoz a na přepážce bývá fronta (taky nejsou na přepážce schopný najít moje číslo účtu podle občanky, což u ČSOB nikdy nebyl problém)
On the whole, good, but the ATM is often out of order and there is a queue at the counter (they are also unable to find my account number by a citizen at the counter, which was never a problem with ČSOB)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chování u přepážky hrozný. Byl jsem tam třikrát a už tam nikdy nepůjdu. Zlatá pobočka na Americké když ještě fungovala.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lidi ochotní, ale služby naprosto nefunkční. Dokonce ani samotné zrušení účtu neproběhlo a musel jsem přijít opakovaně. Karta nefunkční výpadky systému, jejich bublinové elektronické i mobilní bankovnictví k ničemu. Každá inovace je krok zpátky. A že jich bylo do roka hodně.
People willing, but services completely dysfunctional. Even the cancellation of the account itself did not take place and I had to come again. Card broken system outages, their bubble electronic and mobile banking useless. Every innovation is a step backwards. And that there were a lot of them within a year.
