Čekací doba při pokusu o zrušení účtu delší než dvě hodiny, přepážky prázdné a od 12 do 13 hodin poledni pauza. Jediné štěstí, že při založení účtu u jiné banky lze tento úkon nechat na ní. Po informovani, ze uz je doma me zasypala odpornou aroganci a neochotou pomoct. Jedna se o zmenu telefonniho cisla k uctu ze zahranici, kdy je potreba zmenit trvaly pobyt do zahranici a bude mozne se prokazovat cestovnim pasem. OP totiz nevlastnim. Ani si nevyslechla cely pribeh, zpetne mi odkazala na infolinku a hovor ukoncila. Opravdu to vypada, ze za zadnyho okolnosti tato banka nedovoli operovat s mym uctem a nevaha mi o tom se vsi aroganci presvedcit. Hovor budu opakovat, zkusim ji zastihnout v praci a presvedcim se, jestli je tohle opravdu mozne v trznim hospodarstvi.
