★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ne moc dobře promyšlený způsob vyvolávání klientů. Čekajícího vozíčkáře předběhnou zdraví klienti a obsluha nezasáhne, i když to vidí... Za mne velmi smutná zkušenost. Ostatní služby v pořádku.
Not a very well thought-out way of recalling clients. The waiting wheelchair is overtaken by healthy clients and the staff will not intervene, even if they see it ... A very sad experience for me. Other services in order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřeboval jsem informaci k penzijnímu připojištění, šel jsem kolem, řekl si osobní jednání lepší, než po telefonu. Po hodině čekaní jsem odešel, aniž bych se dostal k jednání a stejně si budu muset telefonovat. Snad se dovolám :-( To mě dříve přemlouvali, abych si u nich založil účet. Ještě, že jsem to neudělal.
I needed information for my supplementary pension insurance, I walked by, told myself better than on the phone. After an hour of waiting, I left without getting into a meeting, and I would still have to call. Hopefully I will be :-( I was persuaded that I had to open an account with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paní Lebedová na pokladně by neměla pracovat na pozici, kde je v kontaktu s klienty, když očividně práci s lidmi nemá ráda. Za 15 let co jsem u ČS jsem nikdy neměl problém, tedy do doby, než jsem kvůli podnikání musel začít pravidelně využívat služby pokladny na pobočce v Trutnově.
