celostátní podporu jsem zjistila, že údaj, který z centrály musí poslat poštou, jsem mohla dostat již při první návštěvě osobně. Takže pokud by byli dostatečně kompetentní, ušetřili by mi druhou cestu na pobočku a následně i na poštu.

I found national support that I was able to receive information from the headquarters by post at the first visit in person. So if they were competent enough, they would save me a second trip to the branch and then to the post office.
