★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bank bardzo przyjazny i otwarty, bardzo kompetentna i sympatyczna obsługa. Bez problemu można załatwić każdą sprawę w języku polskim i angielskim. Koszta obsługi konta bardzo konkurencyjne, zwłaszcza dla obcokrajowców. Polecam wszystkim, którzy nie mają jeszcze konta w CR.
The bank is very friendly and open, very competent and friendly service. You can easily handle any matter in Polish and English. Account handling costs very competitive, especially for foreigners. I recommend to all who do not have an account in CR yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera návštěva pobočky, příchod 16:00, otevírací doba do 17:00, 1. pracovvnice na přepážce, 2. v pokladně, 1 člen bezpečnostní agentury, 1 klient. V 16:10 mi sdělily, že na mě již nebudou mít čas a že se mohu objednat na jiný termín. Veškeré produkty, které mám v ČSOB jakmile to bude možné zruším.
Yesterday visit to the branch, arrival 16:00, opening hours until 17:00, 1st worker at the counter, 2nd at the cash register, 1 member of the security agency, 1 client. At 16:10 they told me that they would no longer have time for me and that I could order for another date. I will cancel all products I have at ČSOB as soon as possible.
