Hello, in the last month I had for you surgery two dogs.U first diagnosis was clear, the operation and price (terrible, but in this case justified), the second, also the older dog was theoretically the reason for the operation also clear, inguinal hernia dangerous stage (agreed with 3 veterinarians and veterinarians). Therefore I had her acutely operated, although it was a big financial problem for me, along with the operation of the first dog. To my total shock and surprise only after the operation it turned out that it was something completely different, the boy had a lipoma, a benign tumor in the groin. The fact is that he would have to be operated anyway, but probably, maybe later. just ---- scrap -----. I went to ask Dr, Vlach (quite annoyed) and I am glad that he explained to me willingly and precisely that such a mistake can easily happen that the disease looks like. The dog has removed the stitches, is already running beautifully and the main thing is that there is a bulge that bothered him while walking. I write lightly with a delay. Some time ago, our little nut Denise was very badly torn by a shepherd who ran away from a neighbor. At the vet an excellent approach and due to the condition of the hafan went immediately to the hall. After the previous phone call that we were coming, they were ready for us. The staff is amazing. Everything turned out well, everything was perfectly explained what and how to do after the operation regarding wound treatment. The stitches are not even visible and it has been in the hall for over 2 and a half hours. Thank you very much and we wish as many healed patients as possible.

In this way, I want to thank the entire team that helped us fight our Besinka's disease. I would like to thank Dr. Vlach, who and his colleague removed the milk bars. I also thank the nameless doctors for my ongoing care. My special thanks go to Dr. Havelková, who, in my opinion, gave our dog the impossible. Unfortunately, Besinka suffered a stroke yesterday and despite the visit, the situation worsened sharply in the evening (cramps, pain, very difficult breathing), that we gave her sedatives. It was very painful, but I think it was cruel for the dog. That is why today we have decided to make the most terrible decision in life - euthanasia. Before that, we preferred to call you and unfortunately we had a confirmed cancer. So we came to an end. Many thanks to the medical staff for their immediate help to our dog, who accidentally swallowed a needle. Thanks to lightning aid, they saved our dog, for which we thank them immensely.

Unfortunately, my experience with this device is negative. Yesterday I needed to have an old and sick rat killed, who had stopped eating, did not walk and was in a very bad condition. The vet we go to was closed. Brandys Veterinary Hospital had no problem arriving with the children. The rat was examined by a doctor, and I explained that she had a large tumor in her breast, but that it had formed about two weeks after the tumor had been surgically removed on the other side. The doctor responded that we shouldn't have had him operated on and spent right away. It should have warned me already. The vet applied a kind of anesthetic to the muscle, did not answer the question what kind of substance it was and sent us to the waiting room. The rat moved for another 5 minutes, not responding to the administered substance. The doctor came and wanted to take the animal away, that she didn't want us to be there. On a few emphatic warnings that I would not give her the rat and that I wished to be with him (the children remained in the waiting room) she insulted me to go to the surgery. There she gave him another injection, she did not respond to the question of what it was. Another few minutes of animal suffering and another rag about whether I could be in the office or not. She probably did not use potassium on a completely sleeping animal, nor did she bother to answer. Then she told me to take the animal away or give me a pad, a napkin nothing. This parade cost 400 CZK. To sum it up - the handling of the animal insensitive, dealing with clients very rude and the approach very unethical. A very sad event that was exacerbated by this experience. They may be able to take care of healthy animals here, but they certainly cannot deal with animals in the terminal stage of life or with the families to which these animals belong.
