★ ★ ★ ★ ★ chtěl jsem servis - garážová vrata Hormann - nejdříve, že ano, máme to kousek, kolega zavolá a domluví se s vámi. po mých urgencích mi bylo sděleno, že se jim zakázka na servis za pár stovek nechce řešit, protože mají zakázky za statisíce. Rozumím tomu, ale proč mi toto nemohlo být řečeno při prvním telefonu?
I wanted a service - a Hormann garage door - at first, yes, we have a piece, a colleague will call and talk to you. after my emergencies, I was told that they could not handle a service order for a few hundred because they had orders for hundreds of thousands. I understand that, but why couldn't this be told to me on the first phone call?
