Je kan overal geld uit de muur halen en ik weet het kost geld maar dit is oplichterij en dat voor een bank
Outrageous what they calculate for 10,000 crowns you pay more than 40 euros too much and you will find out later.
You can get money out of the wall anywhere and I know it costs money but this is a scam and that for a bank

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Byl jsem na náhradní pobočce v OC Quadrio. Kde byla obsazená každá ze čtyř přepážek, ale pro zákazníky otevřená jen jedna. Po té co jsem si vzal číslo, tak mi pani z veřejnosti přístupné přepážky říká, že můžu jít k ní, ale když jsem jí oznámil, ze vyvolala jiné číslo, než mám, zeptala se (plně vážně), zda jsem se nespletl. Nevím, zda z lidi dělají záměrně debili, ale vidím dobře a 004 od 005 si dle mého jen tak člověk nesplete...
I was at a substitute branch in OC Quadrio. Where each of the four counters was occupied, but only one opened to customers. After I took the number, the public at the bulkhead tells me I can go to her, but when I told her she'd called a different number than I had, she asked (quite seriously) if I was wrong. I do not know if people are deliberately morons, but I see well and 004 from 005 in my opinion you just can not mistake ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rozhodně nedoporučuji, pokud chcete něco vyřídit rychle, možná by se dalo říci i pokud něco chcete vůbec vyřídit. Po 18 minutách zbytečného čekání jsem raději sama odešla (bylo 17:55 a v 18:00 měli zavírat, sama nemám ráda přesčasy + nevypadalo nadějně, že by byl někdo ochoten se mi věnovat).
Na pobočku jsem dorazila v 17:37 (do 17:30 pracuji, takže dříve to nešlo). V bance byl 1 klient, kterému se věnovala 1 paní, dále zde byl 1 zaměstnanec u stolku vepředu a v průběhu mé návštěvy jsem viděla v bance chodit minimálně ještě 2 zaměstnankyně. Nikdo z nich si mě nevšímal, nezeptal se, co potřebuji, prostě nic.
Na přístroji pro výdej pořadových lístků šla zvolit pouze služba pokladna či vklady a výběry. Nechtěla jsem ani jedno, ale zvolila jsem tedy pokladnu. Po asi 5 minutách přišla 1 ze zaměstnankyň na pokladnu a posléze mi sdělila, že se mnou nemůže řešit nic jiného než vklad či výběr peněz. Rozumím tomu, protože jsme byly na pokladně, ovšem byla jsem dost překvapená, že pokladnu zase zavřela a odešla, aniž by se mi věnovala na jiné přepážce nebo mě předala někomu z kolegů.
Oslovila jsem tedy se svým požadavkem (jednalo se o dotaz k mému spořícímu účtu) muže u stolku vepředu. Bylo mi sděleno, že musím počkat na kolegyni, která se věnuje zmíněnému 1 klientovi, který v bance již byl. Posadila jsem se tedy na židli a mlčky čekala do 17:55, kdy jsem stejně mlčky a ke zřejmé úlevě všech zaměstnanců raději odešla, nepředpokládala jsem, že by byl někdo ochoten věnovat se mi po pracovní době, když tak neučinili ani v té pracovní.
I definitely do not recommend if you want to do something quickly, maybe you could say even if you want to do something at all. After 18 minutes of unnecessary waiting, I preferred to leave alone (it was 5:55 pm and they were supposed to close at 6 pm, I don't like overtime myself + it didn't look hopeful that anyone would be willing to take care of me).
I arrived at the branch at 17:37 (I work until 17:30, so it didn't work before). There was 1 client in the bank, which was cared for by 1 lady, there was also 1 employee at the table in front and during my visit I saw at least 2 other employees walking in the bank. None of them noticed me, didn't ask what I needed, just nothing.
Only the cashier service or deposits and withdrawals could be selected on the device for issuing serial tickets. I didn't want either, so I chose the box office. After about 5 minutes, 1 of the employees came to the cash register and then told me that she could not deal with me other than a deposit or withdrawal of money. I understand that because we were at the cash register, but I was quite surprised that she closed the cash register again and left without paying attention to me at another counter or handing me over to one of my colleagues.
So I approached the man at the front table with my request (it was a question about my savings account). I was told that I had to wait for a colleague who was dedicated to the aforementioned 1 client who was already in the bank. So I sat down in a chair and waited in silence until 5:55 pm, when I preferred to leave just as silently and to the obvious relief of all the employees, I did not expect anyone to be willing to attend to me after working hours if they did not do so even at work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beware of male scammer: 5’10, bald and fat. He tried to scam me by waiting till I withdrew money and then trying to swap 2 500s for a 1000 like he needed the change. I said no and watched him from across the road and he tried again multiple times or stood directly behind the person, probably to look at their pin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 7 out of 5 stars. I needed to open a basic account and I was nervous about going in when I read the other reviews since I don't speak Czech and feel bad about it. I read about several branches and decided to go into this one. And just... wow. The guy at the reception was nice and answered in English. Another one brought me coffee. I waited about 10-15 min then was attended by the banker. He apologized for his “broken English” even though 1) I’m the one who doesn’t speak Czech and 2) his English was amazing. He was very professional, set up my account, helped me set up both apps (George + the key one), helped me make a deposit, explained what would be best in my situation and really shown an interest in helping me. Plus, he gave me tips about the city and gave me interesting fun facts about different parts of town. Hands down the best experience in a bank I’ve had my whole life. His name was Rudolf. Rudolf, jsi úžasný, děkuji!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The other negative reviews of this bank are right on target. On my first day visiting Prague, I waited in line with a simple and modest request: to change two 100 krona bills into 20 krona coins. A mere 10 coins total! The unsmiling cashier refused with a blunt "no." In disbelief, I asked again. Another "no" with an attitude of great annoyance, as if I were seeking a terrible imposition, instead of asking for a basic service of the type banks are in business to provide! He eventually, very grudgingly, gave me four 50 krona coins (20 krona are far more convenient for WCs, machines, etc). I had earlier asked a currency exchange office to change bills for coins, but the clerk impatiently said "We are not a bank," yet was actually nice enough to take pity on me and change one bill! But some banks apparently also take the attitude that "We are not a bank!" I urge my Czech and non-Czech friends: take your business elsewhere!
