Volala jsem si dne 25.3.2019 zda mi promění eura na české koruny, bylo mi sděleno, že ano, ptala jsem se jaký mají aktuální kurz, paní mi po telefonu sdělila, že tuto informaci mi neřekne ihned položila telefon i přesto, že jsem se ptala z jakého důvodu. Následně jsem volala znovu, nebrala telefon, po té jsem zkusila zavolat z jiného telefonu, opět nebrala telefon. Tímto jako celek Česká spořitelna u mě selhala.
Unsafe behavior of a female employee in providing information to clients. I called myself on March 25, 2019 whether I would change the euro into Czech crowns, I was told that yes, I asked them what the current rate was, the lady told me on the phone that she did not immediately tell me the phone even though I was she asked why. Then I called again, did not take the phone, after that I tried to call from another phone, again did not take the phone. By doing so, Česká spořitelna has failed with me.
