The company is actually a hotel with a restaurant and since my girlfriend and I only used the services of a restaurant, I will only evaluate the restaurant. The staff was friendly, helpful and polite. The service was fast and we did not wait for food. We ordered 2 beef broths with noodles and liver dumplings, sirloin in cream with Karlovy Vary dumplings and wild boar leg in rosehip sauce with bread dumplings. The staff warned me that the boar leg is still being baked, and if I don't want to wait, a pork leg is available. The first impression of the soup was not bad, the only thing I would point out was the slightly boiled vegetables and noodles, which were probably homemade. The liver dumplings were excellent. The sirloin sauce was delicious in taste, but there was something special about it anyway, it was more sweet and sour. I understand that everyone does it differently. The meat is tender, excellent. Karlovy Vary dumplings also excellent. I liked rosehip sauce, I can't say more about it because I had it for the first time. Pork leg tender, meat excellent in taste. Soft bread dumpling Litovel Gustav 13 ° and non-alcoholic Lobkowitz were available for drinking. The overall impression and the minimum of shortcomings gives me a total of 4 stars out of 5. I would definitely recommend or come back here someday.
