★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pana Koubka mohu doporučit. Byly tam drobnosti, které by jsem si představoval jinak, ty však v drtivé většině nemohl ovlivnit. Dokázal najít řešení i v komplikované situaci, aby se všechno stihlo. Zásadní ale je, že cíl byl splněn a snad už zbytek půjde jako po másle.
 I can recommend Mr. Koubek. There were little things that I would have imagined differently, but the vast majority could not influence them. He was able to find a solution even in a complicated situation so that everything could be done. But the crucial thing is that the goal has been met and perhaps the rest will go smoothly.

Spolupráce s ním byla příjemná, v komunikaci nebyly žádné prodlevy, vždy reagoval okamžitě, a pomohl mi projít náročným procesem k získání hypotéky.
I was very satisfied with the mortgage adviser, Mr. Koubek. He discussed all the possibilities with me, answered all my questions and suggested solutions. Working with him was pleasant, there were no delays in communication, he always responded immediately, and helped me go through the difficult process of obtaining a mortgage.

Jednání vždy proběhlo za maximálního přizpůsobení se aktuální situaci, vysvětlení pojmů i souvislostí velmi jasné a i jednoduché, žádné plané nesplnitelné sliby vše probíhalo vždy dle domluvy. Ale hlavně - žádné dodatečné požadavky - opravdu pro nás překvapení. Vše vyřízeno k naprosté naší spokojenosti.
We have dealt specifically with Mr Koubek - I can only recommend it. The negotiations always took place with maximum adaptation to the current situation, the explanation of concepts and contexts is very clear and simple, no empty unfulfillable promises, everything always took place according to the agreement. But most importantly - no additional requirements - really a surprise to us. Everything is settled to our complete satisfaction.

Vždy doporučil několik variant tak, aby to bylo pro klienta co nejvíce přínosné. Srozumitelně a přehledně.
Jako bonus mi pan Koubek několikanásobně zlevnil pojištění nemovitosti.
V dnešní uspěchané době, kdy nemá člověk čas vyhledávat a porovnávat nabídky, hodnotím služby plnou palbou a přeji i ostatním, aby měli stejně dobrou zkušenost.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dobrý den, chtěla bych se podělit o zkušenosti se zařizování hypotéky za pomoci pana Koubka. Hypotéku jsem začala zařizovat jako těhotná, na pana Koubka jsem dostala někde kontakt a žádné bližší info jsem o něm neměla. Osud tomu chtěl, že jsem si těhotenství odlezela v nemocnici navíc během covidu. Pan Koubek vše zařídil za mě, dokonce za mnou přijel do Prahy abychom mohli podepsat veškeré papiry a poresil věci s bankou i realitním agentem, který nasekal ve smlouvě plno chyb. Ale nakonec se povedlo a bydlíme a to hlavně díky pomoci pana Koubka. Určitě mohu jen doporučit.
Hello, I would like to share my experience with arranging a mortgage with the help of Mr. Koubek. I started arranging the mortgage as pregnant, I got a contact with Mr. Koubek somewhere and I had no further information about him. Fate meant that I had my pregnancy left in the hospital during the covid. Mr. Koubek arranged everything for me, he even came to Prague to see all the papers and solved things with the bank and the real estate agent, who cut a lot of mistakes in the contract. But in the end we succeeded and we live, mainly thanks to the help of Mr. Koubek. I can definitely only recommend.

Již dvakrát jsem využila služeb této společnosti při řešení hypotéky a následně i refinancování. Pan Mgr. Koubek byl vždy velmi vstřícný, nápomocen při každém kroku řešení hypotéky, schopen zodpovědět i promptně řešit jakýkoliv dotaz/problém. Mohu jedině vřele doporučit.

Přes veškeré překážky vše proběhlo k naší úplné spokojenosti. Spolupráci s panem Koubkem vřele doporučujeme a v budoucnu se na něj určitě opět obrátíme.
