S kamarádem jsme si jako mladí a začínající rybáři šli zařídit svou první povolenku a hned ve dveřích, aniž by nás pozdravil nám pán tyká, arogantním a otráveným hlasem se nás ptá "Co tady chceš". Od někoho kdo poskytuje servis a vybírá za něj peníze bych očekával profesionální přístup. Pokud můžete, doporučuji navštívit jinou organizaci a registrovat se tam, v Praze je jich víc než dost. (Z vlastní zkušenosti doporučuji Vinohrady)
Mr Šturc lacks the basics of good manners. As a young and beginning fisherman, my friend and I went to arrange our first permit and right at the door, without being greeted by a lord, he asks us, "In an arrogant and annoyed voice, he asks us" What do you want here ". I would expect a professional approach from someone who provides service and collects money for it. If you can, I recommend visiting another organization and registering there, there are more than enough of them in Prague. (From my own experience I recommend Vinohrady)
