★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Naprostá katastrofa. Argument nemáme čas kontrolovat stav telefonu při příjmu? Na internetu pracovní doba pátek 16:30 je tam už půl roku a mají do 16:00 - Na to argument musíte se dívat co máme na dveřích a ne na našich stránkách? Apple by se měl stydět za takový servis jak po technické stránce tak po vizuální. Naprostí amatéři.
 Total disaster. Argument do not have time to check the status of the phone when receiving? On the Internet working hours Friday 16:30 has been there for half a year and have until 16:00 - The argument you have to watch what we have on the door and not on our site? Apple should be ashamed of such service both technically and visually. Perfect amateurs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Opravnu spíš nedoporučuju, nejdřív jsme tam dali mamčinu laserovou tiskárnu, která hlásila neznámou chybu. Vrátila se nám s tím, že v ní nejsou originální barvy a až když se do ní doma manžel podíval, zjistil, že v ní byl zaseklý papír!! Peníze za diagnostiku, kterou očividně neprovedli, z nich naštěstí dostal zpátky. Oprava mého notebooku, který se nepřipojoval na wi-fi trvala přes měsíc a půl. Manžel jim řekl, co je pravděpodobně s notebookem špatně a přesto tam potom měsíc a půl ležel s tím, že se čeká na náhradní díl. Když jsme tam volali, technik pochopitelně nebyl přítomen, takže nám nebyli schopni nic říct. Zatím ale notebook naštěstí funguje.
I rather do not recommend the repair, we first put my mother's laser printer there, which reported an unknown error. She came back to us with the understanding that there were no original colors in it, and only when her husband looked at her at home did he find out that there was a paper jam in it !! Fortunately, he got his money back for the diagnostics, which they obviously didn't do. It took over a month and a half to repair my laptop, which did not connect to Wi-Fi. The husband told them what was probably wrong with the laptop, and yet he lay there for a month and a half, waiting for a spare part. Of course, the technician wasn't present when we called, so they weren't able to tell us anything. Fortunately, the laptop still works.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Za mě velká pochvala,odvoz a dovoz reklamovaneho iphonu v záruce zdarma, bez nějakých zdlouhavých průtahů, okamžitě vyměněný za nový kus ,servisním technikem panem Jeřábkem.Doba vyřízení reklamace 3dny.Mockrat děkuji, veliká spokojenost s profesionálním přístupem.
For me, a great compliment, removal and import of the claimed iPhone under warranty for free, without any lengthy delays, immediately exchanged for a new piece, by a service technician Mr. Jeřábek. Time to settle the complaint 3 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Když jsem tam dal Apple Watch kvůli prasklému sklíčku, tak je označili za Huawei Watch a navíc mi ho ani nevyměnili, protože hodinky nebyli kupované v ČR ale v německém Apple Store. Tvrdili že se nedají v ČR servisovat. Jiný servis (AppleMix) s tím neměl problém.
When I put the Apple Watch there because of a cracked glass, they called it the Huawei Watch and, moreover, they didn't even exchange it for me, because the watch was not bought in the Czech Republic but in the German Apple Store. They claimed that they could not be serviced in the Czech Republic. Another service (AppleMix) had no problem with that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mockrát děkuji za rychlou výměnu mého porouchaného iphonu v rámci záruky za nový.Pán Jeřábek (technik) je člověk na svém místě.profesiolní přístup bez zbytečných odkladu okamžité vyřízení reklamace,takhle by to mělo být všude.Děčín česky servis špatné zkušenosti ,technik špekulant,špatný celkový přístup.
Už jen u Vás v případě reklamace.Ještě jednou děkuji zaměstnancům z tohoto českého servisu v Pardubicích ,zůstaňte takový jaký jste :-) mějte se hezky . S pozdravem Katka.
Thank you very much for the quick replacement of my broken iPhone under warranty for a new one. Mr. Jeřábek (technician) is a man in his place. Professional approach without undue delay, immediate settlement of complaints, this is how it should be everywhere. Děčín Czech service bad experience, technician speculator, bad overall approach.
