★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, zda tato firma v jiných službách funguje dobře, ale co se týče e-shopu, je to tragédie. Komunikace vázne a při neschopnosti dodavatele zajistit zboží postupují dost neprofesionálně. Peníze, které tvrdí, že vrátili, nevrátili, zbylé zboží poslali na špatnou adresu. Chcete-li si objednat kuchyňské náčiní, rozhodně nedoporučuji.
I do not know if this company works well in other services, but in terms of e-shop, it is a tragedy. Communication is stalling and proceeds unprofessionally when the supplier is unable to secure the goods. The money they claim to have returned was not returned, and the remaining goods were sent to the wrong address. If you want to order kitchen utensils, I definitely do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hezký večer. Jsou to právě dva roky a pět měsíců, co jsem svěřil starší notebook do servisu v tomto krámě. Při poměrně pravidelných dotazech na stav opravy, jsem poslouchal, že s tím jsou nějaké problémy. A jednoho dne...se notebook nenašel. Stál mě 3.500,- Kč. Občas jsem potkal toho pána na procházce se psem v ulici Havlíčkova a snažil se domluvit. A do teď...NIC. Takže... děkuji za ochotu, vlídný přístup, ale příště... již NiKDY. Jiří Schejbal, OK1GLB.

When asked quite regularly about the status of the repair, I listened to there being some issues with it. And one day ... the laptop wasn't found. It cost me CZK 3,500. Sometimes I met the gentleman on a walk with the dog in Havlíčkova Street and tried to make an appointment. And until now ... NOTHING.
