Bylo mi personálem řečeno, že kód je do mobilní verze normálně použitelný, jenže jsem doma zjistila, že ho nejde načíst do mobilní verze, ale jen do PC verze hry.
Vygenerovaný kód nešlo vrátit a personál mi řekl, že ho prostě mám někomu prodat.
Žádná kompenzace, nic.
Vlastně jsem si koupila něco, co vůbec nepotřebuju a ještě s tím jsou problémy.
Good business, usually no problem. I have one bad experience - when I bought the code for the game.
The staff told me that the code is normally usable in the mobile version, but I found out at home that it could not be loaded into the mobile version, but only into the PC version of the game.
The generated code could not be returned and the staff told me to just sell it to someone.
No compensation, nothing.
I actually bought something I don't need at all and there are still problems with that.
