Přijela jsem si tam vyzvednout objednávku, když mi poslali SMS a i email, že si ji mohu vyzvednout, přijedu tam (nejsem místní) a zjistím, že personál na prodejně není schopen mi s objednávkou vyhovět, protože objednávku mám na splátky a mám si přijít jiný den, kdy tam je manažer pracující prý od 13:00 do 15:00. Aha, a já mám bejt omezená něčí tak blbou pracovní dobou a ještě tím, že mě to nikdo nedal ani předem vědět? Sama chodím do práce a na tohle nemám čas. Vůbec jsem nepochopila, že tam není nikdo kompetentní k tomu, abysme vše sjednali. Pan prodavač byl milý, určitě za to nemůže, ale slečna prodavačka se mi aspoň mohla do očí podívat a omluvit se mi, že je neschopná. Byli tam tři a všichni nekompetentní. Jako vedoucí pobočky bych si tohle v životě nedovolila, mít na takovém personálu postavený celý obchod. I do not recommend the branch here in Pardubice. I came there to pick up the order, when they sent me an SMS and an email that I can pick it up, I will come there (I'm not local) and find out that the staff at the store is not able to meet my order, because I have the order in installments and I have to come another the day when there is a manager working supposedly from 13:00 to 15:00. Oh, and I'm supposed to be limited by someone's stupid working hours and the fact that no one even let me know in advance? I go to work alone and I don't have time for this. I didn't understand at all that there was no one competent to arrange everything. The salesman was nice, certainly not to blame, but at least the saleswoman could look me in the eye and apologize for being incompetent. There were three of them and they were all incompetent. As a branch manager, I would not dare to do this in my life, to have the whole business built on such staff.
