The visit to the branch in Pardubice ended with my husband and I leaving hooked on the phone for free, due to which we cannot withdraw from the contract for another two years - no one alerted us to this fact. The lie is that I can't get a tariff other than unlimited, even though we repeated several times that 12 GB is enough for me. A bag full of unnecessary things (cables, disinfection for the phone,…) that we don't need and that were charged to us, even though they originally said that we wouldn't pay anything. Only the master handed us a payment terminal with the first installment marked… Destroyed phone, on which they had to stick a new foil on me, and only when they removed my glass did the master realize that some liquid was pouring on it and that it probably would not be exchanged (sticking a new glass on iphone is not a very cheap thing - really thanks)… We left completely outside, as they "swept" us with a bag full of uselessness and I with a phone in one with a detached glass in the other hand. The next day we came to the branch with the fact that we want to return all the useless things that we were packed to us and withdraw from the contract, but it is said that it is not possible. What is taken away from the store that cannot be returned does not work like a classic store. The contract has already been signed and cannot be resigned unless I pay 3,000 for the phone they gave me without any notice. I don't know what would happen to all those payments for those billed nonsense. I didn't even solve my destroyed phone anymore…. After a phone call with customer "support" (they called themselves), where the young lady regretted me and promised to pass the whole inconvenience to the appropriate place, after about 3 days I received only an e-mail that you can withdraw from the contract only after paying a fine of 3000, - ( phone value) - thanks, I know. So let me just tell you, I really didn't like this act. The first day we were so obsessed with the sales capabilities of the person in question, and the next day nothing can be done about it? Well, thank you, but it just does not seem to me …… any specific conditions, just fool the customer to leave the store, and the bonuses are yours. I applaud.

After a long waiting period in an almost empty branch, we received information with zero value - the question to the landline "expert" could not answer and provided a universal link to the T-Debile operator's website. Total fiasco.
